This theme is very good and user friendly. It meets perfectly what am looking for in an Ecommerce theme. But most importantly, the VW Theme guys are one in a million with their friendly and customer service- they are simply an email away from coming to your rescue if you run into any problem in using their theme.
I have personally ran back to them more than four different times and they have always responded promptly without charging a single penny extra. I rate them very highly and recommend them to anyone who wants a theme and a group of professionals that will always be there for technical support whenever the need arises.

I payed 40$ for the theme and they sent me some broken item and then some other inappropiate files that still didn’t worked and in the end I’ve managed to install it. Surprise, the premium theme has less functions than the free theme. I spent hours trying to set it right but nothing happens. Nothing works. They asked me the login credentials and other personal info to just enter in my website, which I refused. There are dirty stuff that can be made if someone logs in into your website so I prefer to avoid this. A profesional team can give you direct tutorial which lets you solve your problems. But they don’t!
