Hi, I’ve installed another plug in for the mobile menu view. Is there any way I can remove the top left hand mobile menu? Alternativelty, is there any way i can ensure the menu (3 bars icon) stays as sticky? Thanks.

Hi got Wen business version 1.5.4 operating on WordPress 5.2. When I make changes to the customized css and click on publish I get the following error:

Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.

No matter how long I wait the error repeats and I can’t save any changes I make to this CSS.

I have no plugins active.

When I upload wordpress stock photos to the slider they are keeping their original size. However when I upload stock photos from my computer they go to the recommended slider size 1600×440 and I need them to be the original size. I tried changing the size to full but it is still not working.

How do I make the Wen Business be like the demo? I downloaded the theme and child theme and activated. What am I doing wrong. Thank you

I am attempting to have a static front page with the 3 columns layout chosen – however – it appears that it is having the text take up the full width of the page, then placing the 2 columns of widgets on the left and right below the text…. instead of having the text in the center and widgets lining the left and right of the text.

Is this something that a plugin is causing, or a setting in the theme that may not be correct? Or is this working as designed/intended?

This is my first attempt at building a site. I’m missing the vertical dividing line that separates the Site Title and Tag line – I’m not using a tag line as I don’t want my pages to move to a second row. However I would still like that division between “title” and “home”; how can I get that vertical line that’s shown in the sample?

We are running the WEN Business 1.4.1 and attempted to update the theme to 1.5. Unfortunately, 1.5 does not work with either WordPress version (4.6.1 or 4.7).
Here is the error message that we receive:

Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Customize_Section’ not found in /………./wen-customizer/controls.php on line 120

I downloaded Wen-Business theme and tried to install this theme by following the “readme” file. I use a child theme and imported the wen-business-sample-data.xml. But by importing this xml file nothing changed to the theme. When I setup the slider, I am stuck when I need to select a category
in Appearance – Featured slider. I can’t select any category. The “Business Slider” is missing.

I didn’t have problems when setting up the homepage, but I do when setting up the widgets. When adding the Latest news widget, I can’t again select a category. Features isn’t listed.

I was wondering if I don’t need to use “Featured Page Widget” to use “Featured Page Images” for the slider. But when I do that I get three images under each other, so no slide.

What do I wrong? What should I do to have the same home page as the one in the demo?

I have an issue with the Latest news widget called “Our products” on my homepage:

When I click on “honey products” on the widget “Our Products” of my homepage the link redirect me to my Page “Honey products”.
However when I click on “wines” the link redirect me to the Post “Wines” but not to the Page “Wines” (same problem when I click on “Fruits and vegetables” and “retail products”).
How can I be redirected to the page and not the post?

However I have noticed that when we go to ‘NZ Seafood’ in ‘Our Products’, the featured image has not the same size than in all other subcategories (such as ‘fruits and vegetables’).
I would like all the featured image to have the size of the one in ‘NZ Seafood’.

How could I do?

Is it possible to remove the navigation bar and the featured slider from the static home page? I am working on a site that requires the user to confirm they are over 21 before entering.

does WEN Business theme (version 1.3) not display the slider 100% width? the screenshot displays it and I see the PRO version screenshot appears to be 100% browser width.

I made my slider 100% wide output, align: center and still no change.

and the current page CHOOSE Layout options:
Primary Sidebar – Content
Content – Primary Sidebar
Three columns
No Sidebar

has no Fluid option. I tried them all and no 100% browser fluid width. thanks

Hi, I am using WEN Business and would like to add a logo sized 1000px x 300px but when I try to add an image the select logo panel shows “Suggested image dimensions:200×150” and I have not been able to find where I can change the cropping settings. I do know the answer is there somewhere as I have done it before. Basically I want a header picture that reflects the website and hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I’ve just noticed that when using a custom logo via the customizer, the logo has two ‘a’ tags around it. the_custom_logo() function outputs a linked logo, and then in the header hook file you also have a link to home being output (line 13).

Not sure if you’re aware ??
