Can anyone help with resizing the logo to my website on the Woot theme?

We are using the Woot theme and on our Shop page, the different categories are duplicating. How do I fix this?

Many people already posted their problem with the slide not showing featured products, also it’s not possible to show the Title of “Product Categories” neither is it possible to add more than 3x categories, i.e. 6… we can set it in storefront but it doesnt apply to the theme.

do you have alrady a solution for this? else the theme is fantastic !

How do you add the slider and category blocks to the homepage (shop)?

I have WOOT configured as a child theme. I’ve selected “Featured Products” to show in the slider on the home page, but newly selected featured products are not being shown. I have no cache. Any help appreciated.

I am building a demo based on the WOOT free child Storefront theme. I have upgraded to the latest Storefront 2.3.2 and WOOT 3.0.1 and apparently everything is working fine but social icons in the header are using the icons.css under /assets/css/base/icons.css from the Storefront parent theme instead of the style.css in the WOOT child theme:

.fa:before {
font-family: “Font Awesome 5 Brands”;
}
.fa-facebook:before{
content: “\f39e”;
}
.fa-twitter:before{
content: “\f099”;
}
.fa-google-plus:before{
content: “\f0d5”;

Any easy to solve this? I don′t understand why the font-family was taken from the style.css (I had to change it from “Facebook Awesome” to “Facebook Awesome 5 Brands” but not .fa-facebook, fa-twitter or .fa-google-plus.

Even copying the icons.css into the child theme and changing those css rules don′t make any difference.

In your file woot-template-functions.php at line 154 you have a wrong tag textdomain:
post->ID ) ?>” class=”button” title=”<?php echo esc_attr($loop->post->post_title ? $loop->post->post_title : $loop->post->ID); ?>”><?php _e(‘View Product’,’woot’); ?>

I fix it temporaly by:
post->ID ) ?>” class=”button” title=”<?php echo esc_attr($loop->post->post_title ? $loop->post->post_title : $loop->post->ID); ?>”><?php _e(‘View product’,’woocommerce’); ?>

In the future update of the theme, this will fall. Can you remedy this? thanks in advance

Thanks you for your theme WOOT, it’svery nice.
I want to use it for one e-commerce website however i can create a child theme on your theme. Maybe it’s because it’s itself a child theme of storefront. Have you a solution to fixe it ?

Maybe I am doing something wrong? I have no content on the homepage whatsoever except for header/footer. The body is empty. i have storefront and woocommerce installed. I cannot find any special installation instructions anywhere.

I have created a Woot Child Theme in my wordpress ecommerce site. Everything was working correctly but recently my comment section on my blog disappeared.

*I had the current version of WordPress installed.
*I re-installed the current WP version for good measure (4.6).
*I deleted and reinstalled Storefront and Woot themes.
*I turned off all of my plugins.
*I have checked my CSS to make sure the comments don’t show “display:none”.
*All of my plugins are up to date.

When I turn on the Storefront theme, with all plugins turned off, comments show up on my blog. When I switch to the Woot theme, with all plugins turned off, the comments disappear. The comments aren’t showing up on the Woot theme so the problem happens at that point before I install my child theme or my plugins.

Also, recently, my hosting site moved my site to a new server. I am not sure if this was the same time that the comments disappeared or not so can’t say whether or not this is the culprit.

I am at a loss as to what to do next. Is there anyone out there that can offer me some guidance?

In updating my theme to Storefront 2.0, my entire site became unavailable on my computer (the mobile site is still up). With some assistance from the tech support of my hosting co., I was able to get live again. However, after updating to Storefront 2.1, the same thing happened including my access to WP-admin. Again, my hosting tech got me up again.
Then in updating to Whoot 2.0 it has happened one more time. The problem seems to be with Whoot!

I just made the last Storefront theme update and instantly have a fatal error, then I can’t do anything with the site and the admin…

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_woocommerce_activated() (previously declared in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data02/05/3165405/html/wp-content/themes/woot/inc/functions/extras.php:24) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data02/05/3165405/html/wp-content/themes/storefront/inc/storefront-functions.php on line 13

I just had to FTP upload Storefront 1.6.1 to resolve the issue, please verify the new version.

I am trying to just get the product slider working on a shop page, and cannot seem to figure out how to get it to show up.

I have set it to show featured products in the customize options page, but thats about as far as I have gotten…

Any help you could provide would be awesome!
