Oh the irony, they call it “A SEO OPTIMIZED THEME
FOR WRITERS”. 2000 installs and 16 5-star-reviews and nobody noticed:
1) No H1 tag on the front page. Needless to say you’ll have a hard time to rank with your homepage for the main keywords.
Hint for the developer: On the front page, the logo including the website title should be put into H1. Look at other themes.
2) Also, the featured images of the posts are not automatically displayed on the single post page. Bummer as well.
3) The post thumbnails on the frontpage and category pages are in fact the full size images being loaded. Say goodbye to nice page loading times when there are 10 posts on the frontpage and thus 10 high-resolution images need to get loaded.
That’s worst-practice coding.
I give it 1 star, because at least the theme looks nice.
