Hello all, I recently built this website. I posted this question in the general section and they advised me to post in this section due to this being a theme question.

I’m having a problem with the mobile menu. I cannot change the background color or the text color or the hamburger icon color/size. I have looked everywhere and I cannot find the code to edit or plugin to install. There is no option in any menu in the WP editor for the theme I’m on. I tried installing AMP and Elementor…..unable to find the setting. I’m at a loss. The desktop version is working correctly, it’s the mobile menu that’s not in line with the theme and difficult to read.

This is a theme that HostGator did a custom install through their set up process. For the most part, I’m ok with it, but several things do not work correctly and make it very difficult to fix.

Galleries: Instead of creating a grid, all the images got put into a single column, leaving spaces where the other columns should be.

Blog entries on the home page: Same issue as galleries. Instead of listing across the widget, they list in a single column, leaving lots of white space to the right.

I have not found this theme to be as easy to customize as others, but I needed something quick so went with the setup process. I’m keeping my eye out for something else that might work properly with the features I need.

I created 4 blog posts and put them on my newsletter blog page. I can see the excerpts, but they are not clickable. You are not able to get to the blog posts themselves. It also doesn’t have any wording below the posts, such as “click here to read more.”

I contacted WordPress help and after an hour, they told me it was a theme issue. How can I fix this issue? Is there something in settings that I have overlooked?

The website I am working on has YITH Wonder, as the theme vendor. The (hide the page) feature on the menu options has been removed. What is the best way to get that option back?

My site isn’t live yet as I’m still building it. I’m using a child of YITH Wonder (generated by Bluehost as part of the site’s automated onboarding). I have added my navigation header block, but then block directly under that is missing the top half when I go to ‘view site’. I have no idea what is wrong, and it’s happening on every page I’m creating. Any advice?

Hello I am currently testing your theme on my WooCommerce website and have encountered an issue with the Terms & Conditions checkbox during the checkout process. Below are the details: Issue Description: ? When clicking the Terms & Conditions checkbox on the checkout page, the checkbox is highlighted in red, and an error message appears stating that the terms must be accepted, even though the checkbox was clicked. ? Upon clicking the checkbox a second time, the red border disappears, but the checkbox remains visually unchecked. However, the checkout can be completed as if the terms have been accepted. ? This issue only occurs when your theme is active. When switching to a standard theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One), the Terms & Conditions checkbox works as expected. Steps Already Taken: ? I have disabled all relevant plugins (e.g., WooCommerce extensions, cache plugins) and cleared the cache, but the issue persists. ? It doesn’t seem your Cart template translate some strings into another language.

When I choose the Default template, the strings on Cart page are fully translated, however, those are not fully translated on your Cart template.

Would you tell me how to fix it?

Dopo aver installato YITH Wonder il mio WooCommerce ha smesso di funzionare regolarmente, non si possono più effettuare ordini (appare un messaggio di errore che dice che non è possibile completare l’ordine). Anche con il plugin YITH POS non è possibile lavorare. Quando confermo l’ordine (Paga) appare un messaggio di errore che non fa procedere alla stampa dello scontrino.

Hi, I’m using YITB Wonder theme and all my blog posts get cut off on the left. Here is an example of one of the links. It happened randomly a few weeks back and only impacted a few of my articles and then randomly fixed itself. Now the issue is back and it is impacting all of my posts. Any ideas how to fix? I am not very experienced, so I build my first website using the Theme YITH Wonder.

After it was ready ( days of work for a newbie) I just realized I created a Child instead of customizing the Parent.

So now on my WP Dashaboard I have the Yith Wonder Parent ( I did not change it) and the Child Yith Wonder ( the way I build).

Currently I am facing two issues :

1. If I forward the Link of the website to anyone on whatsapp or facebook , it shows the (thumbnail) picture and the text of the Parent Theme, what I obviously do not want , as it has nothing to do with my business.
2. I am also concerned this could have a bad influence on the whole SEO setup , as the site is using images and texts from the Parent.
3. On the Bluehost WP Admin Dashboard it is a little bit confusing. If I go under Pages and click to edit the main Page it foward me to the Parent SIte ( which I do not touch , fearing it could overwrite all my work on the parent). That means , when I need to edit the SIte I must go under Vistit Site ( logged in as Admin) and then click to edit the Site

Not sure how to proceed , beginning all work again from start and customizing the Parent ( without the Child) – I really do not need ( Child/ Parent) . But if there is a simple way to descope all images , texts fon the child coming from the parent I would also follow this way.

I am not experienced, so I am not keen to start changing HTML codes on my own, at least not at this step.

I am stuck with the blog post alignment issue, I am using the default theme, and as you can see on the mobile version the text went all the way to the far left on the screen, I tried to make the width 1000 but that did not fix it, I even create a column, i put all the text on it and changed the padding to M but still not fixed! this happened after the last update not sure if it was the wp update or some pluggins update.

Please let me know how can i fix this issue, many thanks in advance.

On this blog post at the bottom under the comment text box, the button for posting the comment has no color or text. There’s no way to change that in the editor.

Adding a new comment block doesn’t change that.

The text in the blog post is cut off about 3 letters from left side and about 1 letter on the right side only on mobile, both on iOS and Android (Chrome).

I don’t want to set custom width (400 px) because it affects the appearance of the text on desktop and tablet too.

I tried to put breakline on my product description using this but it doesn’t working. i already tried many ways but breakline is not working. i laso tried use javascript to have breakline after dot(.) but still not working

I’m having trouble with header and footer templates resolving correctly – they look great in the preview, but live versions (all device sizes) fail. Please help.

I have switched themes and switched back to YITH Wonder, but it did not fix the issue.

How do I get rid of these blocks?

I have revised my logo and want to update the file. I have it as both a vector AI file, which I can save as an .eps if recommended, and as a raster PSD which I can save as a .jpg or .png if recommended.

I assume that if I save it at 100% then 72 dpi resolution is fine, though it is so small that I could save it bigger if anyone says that is better for some reason, like if people have large monitors and use zoom to make things bigger on their screen.

Mostly I just want to know how tall to make the outside dimensions so it fits correctly. I figure width is less critical since it will just be however big it needs to be, right?

Site is using a child of YITH Wonder (generated by BlueHost as part of the site’s automated onboarding). I am trying to populate a series of documents using a Query Loop in GenerateBlocks. The query populates fine in the edit page window, but when I look at the actual site it is blank. I can see a basic zero-height element in the Inspect panel when I look at the site. I am trying to assess if there is something within the theme that is preventing this from being displayed/populated correctly. I will also check with the GenerateBlocks support forum.

Hello, I have a child theme of YITH Wonder running on Bluehost. The theme is performing well except for the featured image. Every page or post that is shared, pulls the site icon or site logo as the featured image. Is there a way to change this? Everything is up to date, it actually hasn’t worked since day one I’m just getting around to addressing it. Thanks in advance.

On mobile, when I hit the menu options the whole screen turns black and is non-functional. I think there may be black text on black background issues, but even if that is not the issue I can’t fix it. Everything is fine on computer and tablet views.
