• One thing is certain: we do care about all our customers, no matter if they’re using a free or a premium product. And we are definitely willing to help everyone as much as we can. But due to the fact that we are a small team in charge of a large user base from around the world, we can’t always handle all the requests (we receive tons, by the way). That’s why we do not monitor this forum on a daily basis because we are trying to assist the customers who paid exclusively for our extensions bundle, which allows us to keep developing, updating, and supporting the theme and the plugins. Given the fact that we have to provide advanced support to our premium customers via email daily, we won’t be available on this forum every time you’ll need us. But we are doing our very best to monitor your queries and answer as soon as possible. So please don’t get angry with us if it takes a week (sometimes more) to reply to your topic on this forum.
• Before creating a new thread with a query, search the topic in the already existing ones. Maybe the solutions we proposed for other users will work for you too. There are lots of people facing the same issue as you do.
• If there are no threads containing your issue, create a new one, but do not spam the others’ with irrelevant questions that have nothing to do with the topic.
• Make your posts as short as possible and specify your issue right in the title. This way, you ease our reading and browsing through all the tickets. Being very specific will help us understand your request better and take action faster. The more specific you are, the quicker we’ll be in taking over.
• If a post was marked as resolved, please don’t write your issue there, as we won’t come back to it. Create another one and we’ll catch up with you quickly. If you want to give us that thread as an example for your issue, feel free to paste the link in the new one.
• When you’re describing your issue, please provide us with all the necessary details, so we can analyze the problem better: your operating system, your hosting, the error messages, what theme you are running, if you updated WordPress or not, what browser you’re using etc. Screenshots help as well, so post as many as you can. Please offer us as many details as you can because this way we’ll be able to start working on your issue right away and not linger on asking you questions.
• Please don’t reply in the admin threads, such as official announcements or releases. We try to keep things organized.

I’m curious which one mega-menu plugin is the best choice for Zerius/Zerif? I tried couple of them and it’s always troubles (css integration, mobile-menu version integration).
I just want to enrich my menus.

What’s your choice? I’d rather not write it by myself for now.

Hi there. Im using Zerif -child of Zerius Lite- theme and i want to make some css changings. Is there a way to do them without losing them after theme update? creating a grand-child theme or something like this?

I have been trying to figure out how to get the opacity or overlay correct when using the parallax option.

Now the 2 images seem like being overlaid with a black (transparant) layer. It takes away the vibrance of the original images.

Where can I fix this? Have tried adding

    background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) !important;
}

but this only affects the ‘real’ (overall) background (standard is the city+yellow cab), not the parallax backgrounds.

it’s not my first time migrating wp from localhost to a server, but the first time this happened. I edited all the information locally through “Customize”, added some custom css, added a few posts in admin panel.

When I migrated to a live server my posts are on their place and links are working (so I guess it’s not a database problem?), but all the changes I made through “Customize” does not work. Even if I try to edit something on the live server through “Customize” it shows error that something gone wrong, try reload Your page.

I think maybe it has something to do with “child” theme? How can I manage this? Would appreciate any ideas or help. Thanks in advance!

I am working on putting this theme in place. However I have more than three testimonials. I want to use all of them, but I would like to have them displayed in threes and allow them to slide. Similar to a slider, has anyone done this or thought of this?

When adding a new post which appears under Latest News on the homepage, it now shows a big empty square and a summary of the message. I would like to have these both removed so that only the name of the post is shown. Anybody has any idea? Thanks so much!

Is there away to adjust the CSS so I can remove the header part of my Zerius Lite page? It’s the part where standard the Zerius logo is shown (left) and a small search icon (magnifying glass, right).

I need no menu or subpages right now, and I think my page is better without it.

I really do like your nice scroll and smooth scrolling but is there any chance to disable it? It crashes sometimes and there’s conflict with my JS code.

So is there any way to disable it? For example by CSS overlaying?

How do you minimize the height of the header on this theme? It’s too tall for just a little logo and menu.

I am looking for a way to edit the Main Page’s “Our Focus” section, specifically the Box 1-4 descriptions and replacing the circled “Z”s with images. I only see the Title and Subtitle sections in the Customizer. What am I missing?

By the way, I love the Zerius theme. The Zerif Lite theme was too white and open for what I needed.

Can you tell me is the Contact form for Zerius hooked up by default or do I need to program it?

Where would I look to learn to do it if I need to?
