I’ve recently started using the theme and I’m having problems with the Service settings option, instead of putting the text alongside the icon it’s putting it below it so it looks terrible, do you know how to fix this ? The site is in progress but is https://www.sm-marketing.uk you can see whats happening there, also is there any way to change the background colour of the Service Settings to a different colour ?

Another quick one, is there a way to line up the tiles on Block Above Call To Action, at the moment the large tile hangs below the smaller ones and it looks a bit strange, sorry for so many questions, so far I’m really liking the theme but these teething problemns are a bit frustrating, thank you.

Is there a way to do this through the dashboard? I have tried all four blog layout options and none of them change anything at all, as far as I can see.

Hi, When I make the static front page, the slider appears as does everything down to service Settings, however after that no more content loads. It shows up when viewing it under “Customize” however when I’m looking on the actually site, its blank. All boxes are checked on.

We have trouble in this section. The problem may be css and blocks.
The two blocks (1 and 4) seems having problem and not display correctly.

I went through the documentation for this Zincy-Lite theme as well as the video tutorial in YouTube. There are some conflicting information between this documentation and the one from YouTube. In practice, some features are also not available.

For example, under
“Backend > Appearance > Customise > Homepage setting”
From the documentation, there are “Welcome Post Settings”, “Events Settings”, “Service Settings”, “Block Above Call TO Action”, and “Call To Action”. Although “Homepage Layout” is stated, it is not available to be chosen.
From YouTube, it shows different options. “Homepage Layout”, “Welcome Post Settings”, “Events Settings”, “Feature Post Settings”, and “Call To Action”.
(Please have a check)

Is this theme still under development? I found some features are not working as it suppose to work or buggy. It requires few tries and refresh before something work. You mentioned about the slider, that’s one of it.

The style of this theme is great and I’m planning to use it on my website. Otherwise, I will have to search for alternatives.

Anyhow, great effort you put on building this theme.

I saw different demo page of “Zincy Lite” theme:
one at and another one at .
The first one is the one I downloaded and installed on my WordPress but I’m more interested on the second one. I wish to change that blue to white.

The homepage does not show on the site according the settings on the home page.
The Event setting do show when i log in as administrator, but don’t show in another browser.
Any other setting (Service, Block above & Call to action) does not show at all…
According to another topic i checked all settings on and off….

The home page starts out looking as expected but once the services, the call to action, the blogs pages, etc are added, the page no longer works correctly and only parts of the areas such as the header and footer remain viewable.

This is very disappointing and I hope that there some easy solution as I like the concept of the theme and it seems to be very much what I am looking for.

Hi, I’ve installed your theme today and am having difficulty with the header. When I install text in the footer, for some reason, it’s adding it to the header. https://swiderskiapartments.com/

Please help me with the proper location and code to change the duplication problem in the header.

Also, regarding the navigation menu: I need to remove the icon and location for the menu since this will be a one-page website with no menu required.

Does this theme need something that provides Galleries?
