Finally there’s a plug-in that actually works when trying to migrate a site from one host to another.

I’ve spent $40 trying another plugin where it ended up not working and making my process much more painful. This plugin flat out WORKS!

If you are a designer or developer that needs to migrate your wordpress from a dev site or another host, you need to get this plugin.

Wish I had this solution before I spent hours and money with support from both host companies and eventually had to get outside help.

Hi,
For some time now I have noticed the 1-click option to update WordPress is no longer available on my site. I never took much concern with this, but did know my WordPress version was not updating. This was not an issue until now, because some plugins are not functioning properly with the current version (Version 4.8.1). I recently added this line of code to my wp-config.php [define(‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, true);] but I still see no way to trigger the update, and it has not automatically updated. My update screen in the dashboard never indicates there is a new version of wordpress, but it does notify me of plugin & theme updates. Can anyone help me with this?

I’m sure this has been addressed before, I’m just super eager not to get it wrong so just to double check.

I want to do a wordpress 1-click install without replacing the existing site, so that the current site stays up until I finish putting together the new one, at which point it can be replaced. How do I go through the 1-click install process in order to do this?

Hi I set up a little blog to run along side my review site
As i hadn’t had much success with the jetpack publicize that seems to work intermittently and the best answer they had for why was “I don’t know” I decided to try this plugin as an alternative.

At first glance the plugin works great, instantly sharing with so many places at once – even multiple facebook genres.

My default browser is Firefox and I have it blocking most cookies and ads by default, however when I was testing my site with Internet Explorer I found that I kept getting notices for cookies.. in fact until i chose “always block” or “always accept” they kept popping up.

I didn’t start counting till I was about half way through but I estimate about 10-20 cookies from various sites – a lot of which I tried to visit and the pages were not even there like rifthub.com

I don’t mind the plugin having the linksalpha cookie.. I’m using a plugin for free, fine, leave a cookie if you absolutely have to… but why the others?

I very much would like to remove all the additional cookies, and it would be a shame to have to do it by removing the plugin.

Please can someone lend a hand?

I used Dreamhost’s 1-click installation to install WordPress to my domain. Now I’m a bit confused – how do I access all of the wpcontent files now? None appear on my computer. Have I done something wrong?

Installing wordpress with 1 click on Namesco

I am have installed wordpress onto Namesco with the 1 click Softaculous install.

However I cannot log in to my account as it says “There is no user registered with that email address.”

I have set up accounts at both wordpress.com and www.ads-software.com.

What am I doing wrong?
