Status: Retrieving directory listing of “/public_html/wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/pro-module.php”…
Command: CWD /public_html/wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/pro-module.php
Response: 550 Can’t change directory to /public_html/wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/pro-module.php: No such file or directory
The instructions don’t have the “public_html” part, and I have no clue how to fix that. Support indicates they are closed on the weekend, and if I had known I had to spend hours figuring this out I would have picked another plugin to pay for. I know I am not a techie, but they didn’t mention I needed to be.
Does anyone have instructions their grandma could follow? Thanks to any kind soul that has time to help me.

]]>550 Can’t change directory to /wp-admin: No such file or directory
I downloaded the latest version of wordpress, and it’s still happening. My website works when you go to it, and I’ve tried multiple browsers. Filezilla is my FTP client. Please, any suggestions would be great.
Thanks
]]>You type in the address and the only feedback is “Waiting for server” . Sometimes, if I’m lucky I would get a 550 error. Otherwise, regardless of browser, the site just hangs there “Waiting for server”.
The only way to fix it is a hard reboot of the server and then after 20 minutes the site *may* be accessible again. Not all reboots are successful.
I also have a subdomain which is a copy of mysite.com which is used for testing: https://testsite.mysite.com. During an outage, my test subdomain has always been active. Furthermore, I have put a simple test file at webroot/mysite/test.txt. During an outage https://www.mysite.com/test.txt is actually always accessible so I’m guessing there is something funky going on with wordpress itself and not my server.
My server is running Windows Server 2k7 with IIS 8. The fact that a file on the main domain is accessible and that my subdomain is accessible during an outage truly confounds me. Any idea what cause this behavior?
Any and all methods of troubleshooting would be appreciated: Logs to view, tests to preform, possible causes or solutions to the problem, conspiracy theories or crystal balls are welcome.
Note: The site is currently up and I can bring it up by a hard reboot but this problem isn’t a one time thing and isn’t going away.

]]>That really messed up the site but I managed to get into the admin again and changed back to the original address and blog url. The sites works but the problem is that both the site theme and the admin theme don’t show.
Now I am trying to replace the current site with new WordPress files but can’t do that because of 550 error.
Anyone that had the same problem (with adding the wrong blog address), getting the 550 error problem or other solutions?
