Hello,

I’m trying to create my own template for abandoned carts, but I don’t have the option to add “abandoned products” as a widget. Is it only possible by selecting an abandoned cart template?

On the other hand, is it possible to add as an element or a template within another template to copy already created functions?

Can I use specfic product name in the email subject?

Just a quick clarification question, how does the plugin grab the user’s email address if they’ve not submitted the checkout form yet? Or does it just grab it when the user leaves the page?

Selective Sends – All Emails

Hi there

I’m having issues with MailPoet sending WooCommerce emails. At first, this was because I was using a gmail.com email. So I upgraded to the gSuite to have my domain specific email. Now newsletter emails are sending from MailPoet, but the WooCommerce emails seem to be selective.

I have active products on my site that are being bought. At the moment, all WooCommerce email are not sending correctly. 1 out of 15 Abandon Cart emails, and 1 out of 4 product confirmation emails send correctly. And the MailPoet plugin dashboard doesn’t indicate that there were any failed emails, so I’m confused on why they aren’t sending.

Can someone please help me get this straighten out? I’m at a loss on why MailPoet is selectively sending WooCommerce emails.

I appreciate your assistance/feedback.

Hey Guys, I’m doing an Automation on my Abandon Cart Woocommerce using the Mailchimp for woocommerce plugin, but when I installed it I got this problem,

Abandon Cart Issues

Hi.

I’m having issues with my abandoned cart emails.

When an email is entered into the checkout page it’s being captured and sent to mailchimp and added to the queue.
But if the potential customer then clicks on “pay securely through paypal” (i Use paypal as my payment processor) the email is then removed from the queue even if the abandon payment. eg.close the page or cancel transaction.
So no abandon cart email is being sent.

Any ideas? It’s quite frustrating.

ECommerce constantly synching so Abandon Cart won’t send

I have synched the Ecommerce site to mailchimp and set up an abandon cart email. The abandon cart email is continually in the “sending” status but has never sent a single email and the account seems to be continually stuck in a “synching” status with ECommerce.

Hi,

Ive recently been trying to set up my abandon cart for an ecommerce shop.

The plugin syncs with my shop ok. The abandon cart options on mailchimp are set up ok with time delay and design etc, but then nothing sends? Ever?

I’ve tried this by going through the process myself and I’ve never received one email.

I’ve deleted the plugin, re installed it and re synced with mailchimp but still doesn’t work

I’ve removed the abandoned cart automation and re-added it but still doesn’t work.

This was such an easy plugin and service to start using. I literally got it up and running in 5 minutes, ended up using their templates as the first try — for a grand total of maybe 15 minutes to set it up and get my first cart recovery email sent! I looked at a lot of other plugins and services and got confused by the process, but Jilt was super easy.

On top of that, they followed up after I set it up and gave me personalized support to make sure I understood everything and even helped me with a few tweaks to improve! Really have enjoyed sharing thoughts and getting their advice so far.

Best of all, we’ve already recovered a cart! 1 out of 12 is pretty good!
