Trying to figure out what might be going on here. If there’s a problem when the customer submits the order and it’s not successful, and then they try again and they get to the “thank you for your order” page after the order is successfully placed, then why would there be an abandoned cart recorded?
I checked my PHP error log and my NGINX access log on the most recent occurrence and I’m not really spotting an issue but maybe I’m missing something.
Does Abandoned Cart have some sort of log that I can check?
Can you think of any scenarios where an abandoned cart would be recorded just prior to a successful order? Maybe if the customer switched to a new browser is all I can think of.
Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated. I can post the access log if that’s helpful.
Thank you.
]]>I looked through the whole forum. There are many of us who report a problem with displaying the price with VAT, but no solution that I found here that would work for me.
Is it really not possible to fix it in the code so that the prices are also displayed with VAT?
Thank you.

I’ve installed the Cart Bounty plugin about 8-10 days ago, and I can see the abandonment cart data. However, I’m noticing something strange: most of the data I’m receiving is from countries like France, Singapore, Russia, and the USA, even though my website is India-based. All my work, including SEO and Google Merchant store settings, is focused on Indian audience only. Additionally, my ads are only running in India on Google and Meta.
So I’m wondering why I’m getting data from outside India, what’s the reason behind that..??
Thanking You.

I’m currently using the WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin and looking for a way to dynamically integrate product reviews into the abandoned cart recovery emails. I have a script from my review platform (Revi) that displays the latest reviews on my website, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to include this script or generate similar dynamic content within the email templates.
Is there a way to hook into the email content to add custom dynamic HTML, perhaps with available actions or filters? Or, could I use a webhook to trigger an external service that sends an email with the review content embedded?
Any guidance on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated, especially if there are any specific hooks in the plugin that I can use for this purpose.
Thank you for your assistance!
]]>After reviewing support findings I’ve checked the WpConfig file and all good there with the following entry.
define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false );
Would you suggest any other resource? Thanks in advance.

]]>The way it is, I cannot use Mailpoet. I dropped Mailchimp because Mailpoet seemed good. But too good to be rue and now that I’ve played around with it for a while, I see that there’s not much use for me. Abandoned Cart emails were the major selling point, but realized that they are broken. Or at least limited so much that they’re useless.
I’m probably going to have to go back to paying to use Mailchimp unless someone can help me fix these issues.

Why “intercepted at 1970” ?
