[Theme Academica] Footer width 100%

Hello, I’m using Academica Theme from WPZoom;

The content is in a wrap 100px;

For main nav I can expand it to whole width.

But for footer, which is inside the wrap I can not expand it to while window (width 100%).

Is there a possibility for my request ?

And the same question for slideshow (the buid in theme or 3rd party plugins) – I need it to be on whole window – width 100%.

I also need to know how to add content underneath that.

Hello,
I don′t find a solution for my problem. I hope you guys can help me.
I used this (was recommended here in the forum):

#menuhead {
background-color: #04B404;
}

#menuhead a:hover, #menuhead .current-menu-item > a {
background-color: #01DF01;
}

#homeGallery div.wrap {
border-color: #04B404;
}

#footer div.wrap {
border-color: #01DF01;
}

but when I go to the other pages like “Führerschein” and all other pages then there are 2 orange lines BUT I want them also green.

How can I do this?

Hi,

I have a site with the Academica theme installed, and am having a minor issue with a back_menu_hover.png call when the page loads. With the Redirection plugin installed I found I was receiving 20+ 404 errors daily for the following url https://www.englishlc.com/wp-content/themes/academica-1/images/back_menu_hover.png.

I have searched through the wp-content folder in the cPanel but have been unable to find the image file. So I decide to set up a 301 redirection to the homepage. That redirection is busy, and has notched up 344 hits in past few months. When I check the site loadup on https://pingdom.com, I see the empty call for the /wp-content/themes/academica-1/images/back_menu_hover.png taking up o.5 seconds on every load, while waiting for an image file which doesn’t exist.

I’ve tried blocking the file in the robots.txt file, but that doesn’t seem to make any difference. I am thinking that somewhere in my theme’s code there is a call for this file every time a page loads, but I’m not sure where to hunt for it? Style.css?

Any signposts would be great at this point.

Captcha (BWS Plugins) input field not in correct position

Hi,

I have the Captcha plugin (BWS Plugins V 2.33) installed in the comments section of my blog pages. I have the settings for a simple math question, such as 4 + 2 = ?.

Unfortunately, the number input is appearing to the left of the equation, so in the above example it would be to the left of the numeric 8, rather than to the right of the equals sign.

I’ve taken a look with Firebug, but can’t seem to move the input field to the correct location. Is my theme’s css interfering with the natural positioning for this field?

The issue can be seen at the base of this post, and any advice would be great.
