I’m using the Elementor form to add contacts to a newsletter platform.
The way I’m doing it is through the webhook via API key I got from the newsletter platform.
The problem is that the acceptance field, in which the user verifies that he accepts newsletters, is sending ‘On’ value when is checked, as the newsletter platform accepts ‘True/False’ values for this field.
Is there a way to change the values the acceptance field is sending to ‘true/false’?
Thank you so much,
Ishai
I’m using elemnetor form on my web site and connecting it to a newsletter platform I’m using through API.
The problem: I need the acceptance field to send the values ‘true’ or ‘false’, and not ‘ON’ like it does.
How can I define the values this field type is sending?
Thank you so much
Ishai
Thank you so much!
]]>I made a perfectly good working form with contact form 7. Very happy about it.
In this form I used 3 acceptance boxes. From the form one e-mail is sent to the client, with a downloadlink to an e-book. And one mail is sent to me in which I can see which checkbox they checked.
The last e-mail is not functioning anymore. I see the mailtag, but not the content from it (consent or non-consent). can anyone help me?
This is the code I used in the form:
[acceptance toestemming-1] Ik wil graag het e-book ontvangen* [/acceptance]
[acceptance toestemming-2 optional] Ik wil graag op de maillijst voor blogs en inspiratie [/acceptance]
[acceptance toestemming-3 optional] Neem vrijblijvend contact met me op na je verlof (zie hieronder), ik wil graag met je over evalueren praten [/acceptance]
And this is the code I used in the e-mail:
[toestemming-1]
[toestemming-2]
[toestemming-3]
And in the e-mail I just see the same:
[toestemming-1]
[toestemming-2]
[toestemming-3]
Thank you for helping me!
]]>Thanks again for the great plugin which I use on a number of my sites.
3 questions/requests please with regards to the Acceptance Checkbox:
1. How can I change the “CONSENTED” word used in the e-mail to indicate the user clicking the Acceptance Checkbox? In some cases, we need to replace that with another word to avoid confusion.
2. Within a form, is there a way to make some of the Acceptance Checkboxes exclusive and some not? For example, I have 4 boxes and I need the user to be forced to either select #1 AND #2, or #3 or #4.
3. In the form e-mail, is it possible to ONLY have the Checkbox that the user selected and not display the other unchecked ones?
Thanks in advance.
]]>So is the use of html and inline css supported in the acceptance checkbox text field?
Example: https://s8.postimg.cc/klgtwaayd/unknown_1.png
I need to generate links in the “Acceptance Checkbox” to policies to make the contact forms EU GDRP compliant.
Thanks for your answer.
Kind regards
