I tried to contact your team via email a few months back and never got a reply so I’m trying again now. I sent another email but I’m posting here too so hopefully my problem can be fixed.
It seems Tatvic has created a Merchant and a Google Ads sub-account on my behalf and it is linked to my Google accounts.
I’m no longer using your plugin and I do not need these accounts so I wished to delete them but Tatvic has assumed parent control and I do not have the permissions to do so. I keep getting a pop-up that states: This account is a sub-account. It is linked to a main account. To delete this sub-account, contact the administrator of the main account.
It is also impossible to remove tatvic from the owners in my search console account. I would really like to remove it. I find concerning the fact that your team retains access despite having removed the plugin from my website.
Is there anything you can do on your end to either delete those accounts and remove ownership or maybe change a few parameters so that I may do it myself?

I will be adding a My Account menu item for logged in users.
Is My Account to be used for different User Roles account management?
Thanks.
Best,

]]>So whats been happening is I will go to my “Profile page,” scroll down to “Account Management,” click on “Set New Password,” I will then type in the new password I want, then I will click on “Set New Password” again. The problem is, when I click “Set New Password,” the site will replace the password I just entered with a random autogenerated password.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
I find it frustrating that when trying to build a community site in which members can sell to each other but also socialize, that there needs to be 3 different areas for them to visit to change their details. What is the best way to go about creating a single unified page that incorporates the data of all three of these plugins?
Interestingly I would also like that add a 4th plugin in the mix with Paid Memberships Pro but I would rather get the other 3 working first before considering this or may opt to just use Woocommerce Subscriptions.
I absolutely could not find something to help with I was looking for so any advice is greatly appreciated!

Changing a user’s “Role” doesn’t provide the desired effect.
