I know you can create a page for users to register on your website and for them to create an account, etc.

But is it possible for a user to register, create an (main) account and create a (sub) account for his contact, complete with registration and creating an account under the main account? These 2 accounts are then linked.

Hi.

I’m looking for a plugin that facilitates a specific piece of functionality that we need to add to WooCommerce.

We require a unique user account to be automatically established for each copy of a virtual product that we sell. Specifically, where a single order purchases multiple copies of a product using the quantity selector on the product page.

I envisage this system maybe presenting the same number of email fields (for each specified user to then register their account) in the checkout as there are copies of the product being purchased.

Is anyone aware of a plugin that facilitates a functionality like this?

Use Email Address as Username

We are currently trying to optimize the listing submission form in order to attract more listings.

In the ‘account creation’ section of the listing submission form we currently have two fields, ‘username’ and ’email’.

Is it possible to use the email address as the username, and thereby remove the ‘username’ field completely?

Hi. I have a site that has woocommerce installed. I provide some content on the website, but also sell through our website. I am looking to have the normal retail price, then a set of prices for group B when they log in and another set of prices for group C when they log in. I have all of that and working. The problem I have is I want the person to be able to create an account for group B (as an example) from page “register group B” and then not have to get the admin to grant access. In other words, I want to be able to email someone and tell them to go to the link and they can create an account and get discounted pricing not available to everyone else.

The problem I am having is creating the account registration pages that also are specific to the type of user/account and get approved at that time. I just bought a plugin that doesn’t look like it will work and also have spent over a day on this now.

Wordfence blocking Woocommerce new account registrations

Note: Wordfence is currently disabled on this website.

When Wordfence is enabled, new customers are unable to create accounts on the website. The error message returned is: Error: Couldn’t register you… please contact us if you continue to have problems.

The issue appears to be specific to this website: I have no problems on other Woocommerce websites on this same server, using the same Wordfence configuration. In all cases, All plugins and core WP, themes etc are 100% up to date. I have cleared cache and tried various browsers. The only solution right now is to disable Wordfence on this website. Can you help me find a solution because I’d love to keep using Wordfence! Thank you.

Account Login / Refresh Issue

Hey guys, I’m getting frustrated on a account registration/login issue. I’m hoping someone has a good suggestion to help me. So once a user completes an account registration form, they are redirected to a job application (which requires the user to be logged in to see). However, when I’ve been testing it, the redirect works, but the job application doesn’t see me as logged in….unless I refresh the page. I can duplicate this almost everytime. It’s like the redirect is happening to fast before the website actually logs me in. I’m not sure if this makes sense, but is this something anyone could assist me with? I don’t understand why the page won’t recognize the user as being logged in, even though their account is created successfully (confirmed from looking in the wordpress users section) unless I refresh the page to see the job application again. Only then will it recognize the logged in user. Help!

Help configuring Ultimate Members with Woocommerce

Hello,

I accidentally installed all the page content for Ultimate Members and I believe there is a conflict between some of the Woocommerce “user account information” and Ultimate Members.

Basically the reason that I am using this plugin is simply for the registration forms to automatically assign the user to appropriate user role. Once the user is registered and created, the only other feature I want from Ultimate Members is to restrict some content based on their user type – I’ve got the content restrictions working fine but can’t seem to figure out how to override your user settings etc (specifically, once I’ve logged in, I’m stuck redirecting back to the user page etc)

Is it possible to use your plugin and either make it more feature rich in the account area(I want addresses etc, not a user profile and that doesn’t appear to be a feature, more like creating a social profile) If this is possible with extensions, I’ll happily buy them, or if its not possible- no problem, I appreciate what you’ve made available for free – I just need to move on and try to find a different solution

I’m running a Woocommerce shop and I only allow account creation for customers at checkout. Does the account creation for Awesome Support act in lieu of the current account creation for customers only? (if customers register through Awesome Support to access the My Account page do they still need to register again through WP to access the My Account page?)

If yes, can I still allow customers only to login to my site and Awesome Support Tickets?

If no, Is there a way to put Submit Ticket, and My Tickets page in the My Account Page as tabs in the dashboard menu so that only customers can access the Awesome Ticket login and registration?
