The “Add Media” link on the template editor displays blank; see the screen recording uploaded to https://wetransfer.com/downloads/9037ba7058043fe5f0e7e2385f09719120220203132117/ffcbdb6943f1c8afe3521fde987e4f6920220203132728/b8e726
We have deactivated and updated all the plugins, used a default WordPress theme, etc. but it didn’t resolve the issue.
Do you perhaps know what else it can be, as the client wants to create new templates, but cannot do so without uploading new media/images?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Regards,
Divan
2. Is there a way to hide the buttons “Add Media” and “Add Portfolio Galery” buttons above the Short Description and the Description. How?

Troubleshooting so far, after googling a bit and reading in this forum a bit:
– tried in Chrome and Firefox
– disabled all Plugins
– switched to Twenty Nineteen theme
– tried adding the following line to wp-config:
define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );
– Reinstalled: 5.5.1–en_AU

]]>Nothing happens when I click on “add pictures to the product gallery”
and moreover, when I go check my media library, everything is empty now..
That’s strange, is this happening to other people?
What should I do ?
Thanks,
Marco.
PS: I have the latest version of WordPress,
some people say it could be related to plugins, but it was working well a few days ago, I haven’t installed any new plugins since then.
(please don’t mind the English mistakes, i’m not a native english speaker)

Attempted reinstalling WP, no joy.
Thank You!!!
]]>We have a cPanel server with about 10 WP sites on it, today I upgraded the php version to 7.1, which was fine for all of the sites, except for this one:
https://artmuseum.unm.edu/collections/painting-sculpture/
It basically broke the site where it wasn’t displaying page content on the front end, even though it was all still on the backend. I descalated it back to 5.6 just for this site, and everything came back on, however, the images are all broken and will not load on the front-end, despite the code pointing to the correct directory and file.
Now, if I manually type in html code to the editor, they still will not work, i.e. however, if I use the “add media” button, and go find the exact same image, and use insert into post, suddenly the image will work, as it does now on the top of page: https://artmuseum.unm.edu/collections/photography/
I have tried disabling all plugins to no avail, I renistalled the latest version of wordpress, and I switched to 2017 theme and they still show up as broken links. I installed Health Check and it didn’t seem to reveal much either, the permissions on the uploads directory look correct, and I am out of ideas…
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated so I don’t have to go re-insert every image on the site. It is an older theme to be sure, about 6 years old I would imagine at this point.
thanks everyone
