I got a client support ticket that they’re no longer able to use the manual entry drop-down list despite the donation page having payment levels. This has been the case since upgrading from the Legacy form to the newest Visual Editor version. I’ve updated all Give plugins.

Hi all,

I’ve been using this free version of the plugin with succcess for a little while. My main currencies are USD, CAD and Euros.

I now want to use a plugin to allow for add-ons to our products that I can price at the relevant local or regional currency as well, like this:

USD Product = $40 USD + Add-on $10 USD
CAD Product = $50 CAD + Add-on $15 USD
Etc.

Has anybody used a Woocommerce Add-on plugin successful for this use base with free version of PBoC?

Scheduling Flexibility and Breaks in Plugin

Thank you for your excellent plugin! I have a few questions regarding its functionality:

Does the plugin (either in the free version or as an add-on) allow scheduling services in such a way that the service lasts for 45 minutes, followed by a 14-minute break, so that each service starts on the hour?
Is it possible to set working hours in different time blocks on specific days? For example, on Monday, work would start from 8 AM to 1 PM and then from 3 PM to 5 PM. On Tuesday, the schedule would have slightly different hours.
Is there an option for more flexible service durations? For instance, I do not see an option to set the service duration to 50 minutes.

“Product Add-Ons” not showing in My Subscriptions or Downloads

I’ve made support tickets for this but nobody is responding ironically as the confirmation email says “This order entitles you to updates and support for the duration of your subscription”

I purchased “Product Add-Ons” through woo.com/products/product-add-ons for $79 (i’m in the uk, not sure why it was in dollars) – it did loads of confusing stuff forcing me to make a wordpress login linked to my woo.com login, which i did (but they each have a different email address), and i’ve got a confirmation email of this purchase.

It doesn’t show in Downloads or My Subscriptions on Woo.com, or on anywhere on my WordPress site, if i click any links in the Confirmation email of the purchase they all lead to a page saying “this is not your order” or “invalid order”.

Where is the product i’ve paid for?

I have Forminator Pro, but when I try to install add-ons i get the “Something went wrong” error message. I tried with all the three available add-ons but the result didn’t change.

I have added add-ons that are set to add to the base product price. I see this reflected in the table on the product page but it does not follow to the cart.

Hi, I’ve been holding on to V4.1.7 for a long time due to compatibility issues with YITH add-ons plugin. Just recently I loaded 4.5.1 with the current YITH plugin (4.2.0) and front end is working fine, however back-end was crashing. I traced this to a problem in YithAddonsCmp.php, where line 63 assumes $value to be a string, but it isn’t always – and throws an error if not. Changing the line to the following fixes the error:

if(is_string($value))$value=stripslashes($value);

can you please tell me which are the additional plug-ins that are inserted with the monster insights? I mistakenly added them to my website and now I can’t figure out which ones were just added and which ones I had previously. I would really appreciate knowing which were included because there is no way of knowing right now.
