– the add to home alert doesn’t work on iOS (the message at bottom it’s not being displayed on scroll as in Android)

– the splash screen doesn’t work on iOS (tested on iPhone 6)

– the preloader animation doesn’t work on iOS (works on Android with no problem) if it’s configured to display only on PWA.

– The transparent status bar on iOS should be covered with same background color than the rest of page or at least with some configurable color distinct from black.

I can see the function in class-service-worker.php but there does not appear to be a way to modify the HTML.

Are you also planning to build a plugin for an “add to home” instruction for iOS user?
Cause if we all wait for Apple, we will die before it is released.

Hope to see something in that way from you. I think a lot of your plugin user would be really happy about.

I am an iPhone user, so I had to try it on a Samsung phone.
And there I was also not able to see the add to home notification.
