I thank the manufacturer I use the software for the site It is very easy and has excellent support, they respond quickly and guide the problems.

Seems to be definitely broken under WP 3.4

I got scared yesterday when all of a sudden all articles disappeared after upgrading to WP 3.4! Adhesive was the culprit: it seems that it’s utterly incompatible with WP 3.4, turning all article titles into “untitled” and keeping the content hidden. Everything remained fine on the database, fortunately, and deactivating Adhesive fixed the issue.

I am looking to feature a few posts on the main page (what people see when they first get on my site). I am new to wordpress but from my understanding there is “adhesive” plugin for earlier versions of wordpress, before 2.3.

Hi,
I have some trouble with my postings. On my blog- https://www.kiezkicker.de/blog/ – just a single page was showing. At the position where I’d added

nothing was shown- and the result was that nobody could browse to older postings without using the searchengine.

This problem was the same in the category-archiv as on the mainpage.

I read at https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Next_and_Previous_Links that it wouldn’ work on version 2.0.4 – but I run 2.2
On this page I could read that I should use “Use the alternative links –>. Previous Post (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Template_Tags/previous_post_link) Next Post” instead.

But I wouldn’t display just a single post on each click?!

Could you explain what I have to do to display the “next page” – link on the mainpage and the archive, again?

Adhesive 3.2 plugin not working

Since upgrading to WP 2.2 the Adhesive 3.2 plugin does not work. There should be an extra check box marked “sticky” in the post status box, but it is no longer there. I’ve visited the author’s website but it appears he is no longer supporting this. Can anyone help?

How to Remove Adhesive Sticky Plugin

I’m having trouble removing the Adhesive plugin. When I deactivate it or simply delete it altogether, I get a server 500 error.

What can I do to ensure it is removed completely and won’t conflict with my site? Perhaps there is a universal method to remove nagging plugins? Or can I manipulate the code of the plugin so it goes away without a trace? I have a back-up copy of the plugin just in case.

I tried contacting Owen Winkler, but he never responded to my inquiries. Thanks a lot.

WP-Sticky on homepage only

Hi, I’ve been trying to edit the WP-Sticky plugin so that it only works on the homepage. I’ve tried using the is_home function and accessing the $post_ID, but cant seem to get it to work.

I’ve been trying to edit it at around line 70, in the ### Function: Sticky Query bit. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Most of you all have problem with Owen’s Adhesive plugin. I have thus modified it to become my new plugin called WP-Sticky. It is almost the exact same plugin as adhesive. I am going to add in more features in May 2007 when I am having my summer holidays.

I tested with WordPress 2.1.1 and PHP 5.20 With MYSQL 5

You can configure the options in ‘WP-Admin -> Options -> Sticky’

There is a readme.html inside the zip file

Adhesive Stopped Working After Installing Deluxe Adsense

Hello, I installed Deluxe Adsense and the Adhesive plugin began having issues. My “sticky” post used to appear at the top of each page but now only appears on the main page–not on any direct link to a post.

I am still using WordPress 1.5. I know, I know….

Any ideas on how I can get my stick post back up on all posts? I deactivated both plugins, reactivated Adhesive and unfortunately, the problem still exists.

I also know that my site doesn’t validate and I feel very bad about that…working on it, I promise. I know its a long shot because I am using an older version of WordPress but I thought I’d take a shot.
