6. Recalculate deposite

I have all my plugins on auto update and I have updared to the latest version of the Kadence theme. The wordpress version is managed by Siteground and is 6.2 and is automatically updated.

I have tried to re-create the problem on another site using the free version of the quiz plugin and all the plugins from my main site but I cannot reproduce the problem. My one year business subscription has expired, but the ays-pro website says the plug-in should still work. The plugin version is 8.7.0.

It would be great to have an answer to this issue, but it would also be good get advice about what I should test or investigate next to thow more light on this problem.

We first noticed that every time a plugin or WordPress is updated using AutoUpdate, the website crashes and displays the white page of death.

All we had to do was to login, and set the homepage and save, and everything worked.

So we disabled WordPress Autoupdate, and tried to disable plugin autoupdate from the plugin page, but the option for disabling was removed so no way of turning it off! So we installed Update plugin manager and disabled the auto-update using the plugin (so we thought!).

We discovered that the plugins were still updating, despite the fact the autoupdate was showing “Disabled” on the plugin update manager, and of course we were getting the white page of death!

Unfortunately, now the we can’t even login the Admin as we get the following screen displayed!! (By the way, restoring the site to the last known working version does not help either!!).

I want to start working on my new website but I can’t even get into the admin page… I keep getting the 404 page not found error. I have redownloaded WP many times and tried all the options but nothing is working. Even without plugins and just without a template it is still not working. I have been trying and researching for the last 3 hours but I can’t figured it out. I build websites in WP before, altho a long time ago, but I can’t remember this problem.

It would be amazing if someone could help me out!

When we attempted to log in to fix this issue through the wp-admin the Hoffman site displays a critical debugging error and the moonperformance site says page not found.
We have also tried logging in to wordpress.com. the hoffman site says the email doesn’t have an account and the moonperformance site no longer shows up under “my sites”

Both sites had been accessed within the past couple months.
Any information is appreciated

Any link in the admin after logging in is greated by that error. My contact pages are also gone (contact 7)

I did get a recovery email, worked. THen after turning off the contact 7 plug in this happened
