It’s my own theme, using as few plugins as possible.
It works fine on a dev site.
I have uninstalled cf7, deleted and reinstalled – no luck.
I have disabled all other plugins that may have been causing conflicts – no luck.
I attempted to import contact forms from the dev site – behaves the same as usual, sending me to home page of my site.
I have searched everywhere looking for someone with a similar issue – again, no luck.
My next step is to remove cf7 completely and rebuild around a different plugin, but am loathe to do this due to the extra work this involves.
Please help!!

]]>While updating everything was just fine but on the last (i guess) task of the core update thing, it gave 500 error. (I’ve seen it wrote deleting maintanence file)
After that i can’t login to any wp-admin related page. It’s giving 500 error.
I’ve tried the solutions with php.ini to wp-admin folder or updating the .htaccess file with AddType … and they’re not working.
Thanks in advance for your guidance.
]]>I am baffled as this happened after we’d been on holiday, we had not made any changes to the site or upgraded wordpress. We sell expensive body jewellery through a woocommerce plugin on our site, and now cannot access admin to change stock levels etc. which is obviously a major problem for us. Up until this point, the site has worked wonderfully without a hitch.
So far, I have tried these to no avail:
-replacing htaccess file
-clearing cache and cookies in browser
-accessing wordpress admin from fatcow cpanel
-disabling plugins through file manager in fatcow
am now at a loss. Any help would be gratefully received, as I am no expert in this sort of thing! -Alexandra.x
]]>I want to give some user role to access the dashboard e.g. editor, author, etc.
but I just create sample user to be author and subscriber, but none of them cannot access to the dashboard page, it occurs “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I don’t know how to solve this problem, I didn’t configure anything yet, but actually any role can access to the dashboard since the first time to view their profile, right? but this situation seems can’t do nothing in the dashboard page except admin site. Could anyone help me to solve this and may be define some role to access to the dashboard for me e.g. author, editor, etc. Thank you very much
]]>I was just wondering what are the steps on how to troubleshoot a site that has this problem?
https://www.dentalmarketing.com.au/stage/test/admin.png
I have a backup but it was a long time ago and I’m just afraid of just re-uploading the backup to the new wp files. Maybe I can have tips on what particular PHP WP file that is having this problem?
Thank you very much for your time.
]]>I just upgraded my site to WP 3.7.1 The front end seems to be running fine. If I log into the backend things seem fine until I click on any link in i.e. the left menue … then everything gets a grey overlay and the loading bar starts … the problem with it is that nothing else ever happens. I.e. I cannot change anything, can’t even deactivate plugins.
does anybody else get this?
thanx for any help
cheers
