I hope you are fine. I already contacted you some time ago. I am eager to know when you will be able to update Adventure Theme as it is really difficult to find something comparable to this great theme and I invested a lot of time to make all this pages.

The theme is constantly changing without regard to compatibility with older versions. If you use the theme as a parent theme, then you are guaranteed adventure throughout the life cycle of the site. Developers constantly change something, sometimes a little bit – for example, rename methods, sometimes generally arrange a radical reconstruction as with version 4.x. Today I saw a proposal to upgrade from version 4.0.5 to 4.2.1 and (oh, YES! @#;%:?*!!!) the site stopped working again! Again deal with the exuberant imagination of the developers.
Why don’t they leave the theme alone and only update security?
I don’t know!

Hi Everyone,

I’m struggling a little here and I’ve no answer from Organic so I’m seeking here for help. My previous blog was on WP.com and since yesterday I moved to WP.org. Everything went well but for a little detail and I can’t put my finger on how to fix it.

My previous blogging page on WP.com was on Adventure Theme and looked like this:

I really liked the look of it and for the moment, I’d liked to keep it that way.
But with the same theme on Wp.org, it went awol and now I’ve a featured content and a layout that display feature image (On which I can’t click on title to display the post). I wen’t to customize page but it seems that you can’t deactivate anything. Even trying to switch the page template won’t do anything.

Is there a way for me to copy the blog template from my old site for on my new blog? I’m a newbie with great google skills but now I can’t find anything…

Image Alignment issues on Adventure theme

Hi,

I’ve built my site on WordPress using the Custom Community Theme. I then changed it to the Adventure Theme V2.8, cause I like the look of it and the transparent container is exactly what I want (Custom Comm doesn’t have this option), BUT now the pics that I had nicely aligned and basically sitting in rows next to each other now doesnt sit the same on the page anymore… Please help!

Before I had the pics like this

No matter what I try. I have also tried clicking on each image to change the alignment from where I had it at ‘none’ to the other options, but no option has work.

Guide to easing slider in Adventure theme

I’ve installed easing slider lite to my theme (Adventure theme) and uploaded my pictures but I can’t get the slider to be viewed on my homepage properly. It appears but as a post and you have to click on it to view it. I would like it to be a static slider that appears when you go onto my website with no post info or feedback form. Where do I paste the code just to get it on the homepage?

How Do I Remove , 'and comments are closed'?

I am trying to remove from my WordPress adventure theme, ‘and comments are closed’. I have tried a couple of WordPress plugins to try to remove that info, no luck, and I have watched 3 or 4 different YouTube videos, no luck. Is it because of the theme I am using, ‘Adventure’? Is there anyone that can help? Thanks so very much for your quick response and help.

I am using Adventure Theme 1.6.9. I am very pleased with its perfromance and it has worked well with the WordPress upgrades as well as every plugin I have installed. I really like the transparency overlay against the background. I like the use of a natural setting for the background. I would just like to see more backgrounds available or information on how properly configure a customized background. It works great and I highly recommend it! odivadc

For my site, https://alamantra.org I am using the Adventure Theme. I am wanting to get rid of the gap at the top of the page. I’ve some of the solutions offered in this forum for other themes, but I haven’t been abl to solve this. I’d appreciate it mightily if someone could get me going in the right direction. Need to remove page title in Adventure theme: no page.php

I am using the Adventure theme on https://alamantra.org and need to lose the page title on the homepage. I have read through the forums and seen the recommendations to tweak the page.php or the loop.php but the Adventure theme has neither. All it has is: 404 Template(404.php), Comments(comments.php), Footer(footer.php), Header(header.php), Main Index Template (index.php), Search Form (searchform.php),Sidebar (sidebar.php)
Theme Functions(functions.php) and Stylesheet (style.css).
Can someone please tell me how to get rid of the page titles showing up on the pages? Many thanks in advance!

ok, using WP 3.1, and the Adventure theme (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/adventure).

I need to add my logo banner at the top, but his theme doesn’t support it. How can I do that?
