Display agendas for current year only

In the agenda view is there a way to display agendas for the current year only. I created one annual event and it’s set to never end. So in the agenda view I see a repeating list of the same agenda, for Jan 1, 2019, Jan 1, 2020, ..21, ..22, etc.. I’d like to only show agendas for the current year. Is this possible?

Is it possible to attach meeting minutes to past events? Are board events a custom post type? If so, do you think that adding a custom field would be a viable solution?

plugin needed for calendar browsing

I am trying to build a site that has to display information about some meetings, information such as agendas and minutes for each meeting. Since meetings are held regularly but not everyday, I was thinking of using a calendar-like plugin and browse the minutes and agendas for each meeting by date. The minutes and agendas information are stored in .pdf files. Do you guys know any plugin that can help me with this kind of functionality?

I need an agenda-like grid with times listed down the left and classroom names listed as the column headers. I found a calendar called responsive timetable but it’s too chunky and takes too much time to use.

Best practice for departmentalizing content using WP

Hi,

I am trying to create a way for different departments in our company to post their meeting minutes, agendas, events, newsletters in a format when opened displays the content and that will be easy for them to manage. How I usually display content for a department is create a page and set up links to .pdfs of calendars, newsletters, information, or policies etc.
I have been asked to create a format where several departments will have control over their own content and want to try to make it as easy as possible. This is where they will put content that is pertinent to their departments.
I have an older WP Site and tested a plugin called Minutes, Agendas, and Newsletters. It worked, but it doesn’t display the content department wise, just what type and date which will open the pdf when clicked on.
This is an Intranet site and is maintained on a self hosted server.
When I think of it sharepoint comes to mind as an easy way for departments to add documents and share content, but I do not want to have to use 2 different interfaces.
I am not sure if there is a way to use post or blogging to make this work since I am not that familiar with this aspect of WP.. have used as static website.
Maybe I am not searching correctly or it is over my head. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Examples would be awesome. Visuals are always helpful for me.

I see there was an old plugin that handled posting Minutes, Agendas, Newsletters but it has not been updated for 2 years. Is there another plugin I could use or another way to handle uploading new Minutes or Agendas for a City?

None of the tables I’ve added are parsing correctly (I can’t see their borders). Not a big deal but
