Has anyone ever experienced this and if so, how can this be prevented?
]]>I recently had an issue whereby agents were logging into their agent profile via the Estatik authentication login and seeing other agents contact information and message requests.
I’m using Litespeed cache so was easily able to mark the main dashboard page as non-cacheable however I’m wondering if there’s a list of page(s) / URLs / tokens etc… that Estatik would recommend adding to caching plugins so that issues like this do not occur.
This was a small agency but I can see with larger agencies where competition can be cutthroat that this occurring could be seen as a breach of privacy and potentially very damaging to an Agency.
]]>In the Pro version I have made a account for a agent. I have added this agent under the question ‘Who will be in charge of the property?’ in wordpress. But when I go into this agents account he doesn’t have any listings to see/edit or the posibility to add. Do I miss something?
]]>I’ve been able to do this via custom HTML (creating a field and inserting custom HTML to show multiple agents).
Originally we used “Author” when adding the listing. I’d like to add the agents dynamically if possible (not using the HTML coding).
Thank you for your help.
]]>I would like as administrator to approve their properties to be uploaded to the platform.
How can I do this?
]]>Properties from Jupix are being fetched. But Agents and Branches are not being saved in WP.
What can be the issue?
Can you please help me on this?
Please how can I give access to agent to check and modify only her listing in wp directory.
Thank you
