My site is https://www.ghoststorm.co.uk and its like the white rectangle is due to a plugin but i have disabled and enabled all of them and it still happens. I have even tried different themes.

I am looking for an extension that allows my members to fill in a form to report a UFO sighting.

I want the form to contain usual data with the ability to customize it. The user should be able to attach video and photograph links.

Then, when the submit button is pressed, I want a a link with a description as well as the date of being posted to appear in list form like the list of members widget does.

I want members to be able to click on the new link and be shown the full report with any linked images and video to be shown neatly.

The ability for members to vote on sightings would be brilliant, too. Then, maybe include the possibility to list sightings by the highest vote / most popular.

It would also be great to have each new reported sighting add a marker to a Google map so that we can see where the sightings are occurring. EG: https://www.ufostalker.com/ as well as the ability to sort the list of sightings in a number of modes such as: by name, age, contains images, contains videos etc…

If anyone can recommend something or would like to make one for me I would be very grateful!
