Currently, the filters seem to be context-sensitive (which makes sense), showing only categories that apply to products listed on the current page. But I would prefer to have all the filters shown, like menus, so people can go to another section entirely if they wish.
I did uncheck “Hide values without products” in Settings. (And I have all of the PRODUCT pages checked in the filters themselves.)
