Jetpack error

Hello, I can’t connect Jetpack to my website www.segnalerumore.it, since on every attempt I receive this message:

Invalid request, please go back and try again. Error Code: connection_disabled Error Message: This site has been suspended.

The odd thing is that I have another wordpress blog, hosted on the same provider (altervista.org) which works perfectly fine with Jetpack (the address of the working website is stardust. blog).

Both wordpress installations are not made by me but I just added contents on a fresh installation generated when I opened my account.

Hi, checking the Google Analytics settings within the Altervista platform I noticed this message in red:

We have detected that an existing Analytics tag already exists on your site (ID UA-196344121-1), but it appears that your account does not have access to this Analytics property. You can remove the existing tag and connect to another account or request access to this property from your team.

How can I solve?
The data was all available but I tried to disconnect Analytics and reconnect it and I was no longer able to associate it with my site.
Can you give me a solution? Thanks.

Hi,
in the WordPress panel of my Altervista website I can’t see the page list if the Everest Forms plugin is active. When Everest Forms plugin is active I see:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 647168 bytes) in /membri/ricercaperditeacqua/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4669

When the plugin is disabled, however, I can correctly see the list of pages.

Hello I have test the register form and all is right but when i try to login there is a message like “verify the captcha”…but I don’t see it …
How can I solve it?

Google AdSense Entry at risk warning

Hello,
from about a week, on the Google AdSense dashboard appeared the warning about “Entry at risk: you need to fix a problem with your ads.txt”.
I immediatly checked my /ads.txt page and checked if it was properly showing up and if the code showed was correct: the code was correctly showed and it was the right one, the same showed in the ads.txt file I downloaded from Google AdSense.

Then, starting today, the Advanced Ads dashboard started to warn me about some problems with Google Adsense, about a missing AdSense Editor ID in my ads.txt. I clicked the button to fix the problem and followed the instructions, but when I save, it show the following error: The file has not been created(this is a direct translation, to me it appear in Italian). A third-party file exists: https://edicolablack.altervista.org/ads.txt
I tried to click the Import & substitute, but then another error appear about being unable to find the existing ads.txt.

Thinking it could be a problem with Advanced Ads, I tried to deactivate it and install another plugin to manage the ads.txt, but strangely, whenever I tried to substitute the old one, nothing seemed to happen. The old ads.txt, with the right AdSense code at the top and other codes at the bottom(not sure where they came from; personaly I use only AdSense, but I was not the one who made the ads.txt. It was automaticaly made from the host or a plugin), remained unchanged.
I then reactivated the Advanced Ads to see if something changed, but everything was the same.

All in all, I kept earning through AdSense in the last week(at least till yesteday, when I earned 0,13€…a bit lower then usual, but still something, which should confirm that the ads are properly working…I hope), so I’m not sure if there really is a problem and the warnings are just triggered wrongly and will fix by themselves or not and if I should start to worry and how should I act to fix it.

P.S: I’ve been using the Google Adsense account for almost 2 years with no problem with the used ads.txt, till a week ago when it started to warn me about the problem. Is not a recent integration on the site. Just recently I received the latest deposit from Google, after reaching the minimum quota, and it was my 3rd time doing so.

Widget page blank

Hi to all,
after creating more than 10 custom sidebars, I can’t see anything on the widget page anymore. The page is simply empty, white. If I deactivate the Custom Sidebars plugin, the widget page will work again. If I re-enable the plugin, the widget page becomes blank again, empty. Considering that I am on altervista, is there a solution to remedy this problem? Many thanks in advance.

OceanWP mobile ver. not working

The ocean extra is the latest version 1.5.0 and the theme (ver. 1.6.1) too.

Domain switch problem

I have finished creating my website with wordpress, and initially, as a host I used altervista. So I have a site with www.myname.altervista.org domain. 1 year ago, I bought a domain using register and to create the site I used website ( one of the register tool to create sites ). Now that I’ve created the site with wordpress, I want to use the domain of register on this new site . Obviously, in register, I have to remove the domain from the website tool. Once this is done , how do I use my own domain, instead of the altervista?

I moved my website (created in localhost) on Altervista and I have problems in the visualization of the tips. The boxes don’t appear in the right color and it don’t accepts the function..

Long waiting time after migration

Hi guys,
After wordpress migration, P3 – Plugin Performance Profiler shows a Plugin Load Time of 11 seconds despite 0.345 seconds of the old site.
I used altervista server and now I change to Dreamhost (paying a lot).
I’ve already contacted Dreamhost support but they said me that there is no problem.
Now I have the same plugin but 11 seconds of loading time!!
Do you know any solutions??
