I noticed the other day that the date format within these widgets is different than what I have set elsewhere. My standard date format is “F j, Y”. I found the alx-posts.php file and changed the date format, but that didn’t change anything. Elsewhere on my site, when I changed the date format to “F j, Y”, it changed accordingly.

Is there something else I need to do to get this to work for the footer widgets? I came across some older posts discussing this, but I wasn’t able to figure out a solution from them. I’m wondering if the solutions are dated. Any help with this would be appreciated, but I can live with the current format if necessary. Thanks!

I’ve installed the recommended plugin “Responsive Lightbox”, but i can’t use it when i add the Alx Video sidebar widget. So what happens is that my videos don’t open in the lightbox as they should, showing up really small

Am i doing something wrong, or i really can’t use the rel=”lightbox” in this widget?

I’m using the Hueman theme and would like to adjust responsive.css. I followed the documentation to copy responsive.css into the child-theme and then copy alx_styles() into my functions.php. All of that works, the problem is:

When I use responsive.css in my child theme without any changes, the gray area below the right sidebar toggle button turns white when the screen size is reduced. If I comment out the alx_styles() override, the gray area reappears…

Any idea what is causing this issue?

I want to tweek the alx tabs a bit. As it is alx tabs displays recent posts, popular posts, popular comments and tabs. I want it to post recent posts from category A, recent posts from category B, and recent posts from category C.

I’ve played a bit with alx-tabs.php but can’t seem to get the coding right. Any ideas?

Open website https://www.audiovideokino.sk and there you can see on front page 1 featured article and 4 another articles. That is wrong. There should be only1 featured article plus 3 another articles.

On the front page should be overall only 4 articles as you can see on next pages..

After clicking on “Nasledujúca strana ?” (Next page), there are 4 articles, what is right.

In wordpress admin has in Genereal -> Reading -> View max 4 articles.
