Part of Theme Appears at Top of Dashboard

I’m using Blue Grace theme, similar Amazing Grace.
After previous upgrade of one plugin, part of Theme appears at Top of Dashboard. I cannot remember which plugin affecting this.
It doesn’t happen when I tried installing Amazing Grace. However, problem repeats when I revert to Blue Grace.

The fonts in gray-code are also somewhat shifted to the right.
For examples, in Dashboard Home, QuickPress widget, “Tags (separate with commas)” are squeeze out to the most-right, nearing the scroll bar of browser.

Fonts are slightly bolder than default, esp. the left menu is obvious.

Need some help on this problem. Hope to learn by solving this technically.

full width page template for contact us page

I’m setting up a “contact us” page and am using a full width page template. However, the sidebars are now at the bottom of the page.

line in front of name

In the taskbar my sites name has a line in front of it.
The line shows up in internet explorer and firefox
I can not work out how to remove it.
I thought it was in the theme but it isn’t as it does it with all themes.
Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Can't use wordpress.com theme

I looked for a theme before starting the blog and found one that was perfect for what I needed. It was on wordpress.com. I set up my domain on wordpress to be convenient and now it seems I can’t use the Amazing Grace theme if my domain is through wordpress. Any way around this? None of the 140 “fantastic” themes are what I’m looking for. I feel totally peeved and sold short. Why show the theme on wordpress.com if I can’t use it? Any way around this?

Facebook Button in Amazing Grace theme

I am using the Amazing Grace theme and I would like to add a simple Facebook button next to the large RSS button that is in the header. I am new to php and other forms of code so I’m not sure where I should put the code for this and what code I need to use for the header.php file. all I want is a graphic button that is href’ed to a facebook address for a group. If anyone knows how to do this I would greatly appreciate it. thanks.

I am using the Amazing Grace theme. I am new to blogging and have spent most of my time trying to make some little changes to the theme (color changes, font sizes, etc). Nothing major.

I have a problem with my 2 sidebars and I’m totally confused on what happened. This morning they worked fine. Now when I went back into my site the right sidebar is way down below the left sidebar. It’s not under it; it’s to the right of it, but way down towards the bottom of the page. I have no idea why and have checked as many things as I can. I’ve read that – if you disable comments it should correct it. Did that, and it did nothing. I’ve read that it could be a problem with a plug in so I deactivated every plug in and it’s still the same. Then I removed every widget from both sidebars and nothing happened. I’m viewing it in IE but I also looked at the site in Firefox and it’s the same. Can someone please help? I’ve spent so much time trying to figure this out and I’m lost. I’m not good with html or css or anything, so I need some simple explanation of what I can do.

I am using the Amazing Grace theme and want to change the first page to just excerpts. Then when you click on them it will take you to the full article.

It says to change the code in the index.php (which I did) and the archives.php (which I cant find anywhere).

Is there a different place where the archives.php is or a different name it is under?

Google AJAX Translation 0.4.9 seems not to work on www.proetcontra.com/about/ and on other pages & posts. Language links are greyed out! What could be the problem?
