Can anyone help.
]]>Love this plugin—it’s one of a very specific set of plugins that I use on nearly every site I build. I’ve noticed that animated GIFs tend to get pretty grainy when run through optimization. I would think I could prevent Imsanity from touching any .gif file by altering the GD config—is this the best approach or am I entering the danger zone?
Thanks!
James
I can’t find any setting that would indicate why this is, and to be honest, I haven’t noticed it with my other FooGalleries… is there a setting or something I’m missing? I haven’t been able to find anything that indicates GIFs aren’t supported or require an add-on of some kind.

]]>I’m trying to find a way to support animated gifs upload to my wordpress installation and automatically resize it without losing the original animation.
I’ve read some threads about this, there is an old plugin here that did it but wasn’t updated for three years.
I know it is related to the way wordpress php resize images and i can imagine there are maybe some server side stuffs to install in order to manage this. I know also setting up the image size to the original size can do the trick, but i need to have it resized automatically like any other images.
Is there anybody here who has an easy complete solution to accomplish this ?
thanks a lot !
