]]>Activating the plugin just returns the user back to the plugin listing.
Rolling the plugin back to the prior version, 2.1.3, activates but crashes the site with too many redirect error messages shown to the browser.
Having seen the recent updates was hoping your plugin would be more stable.
Best.

]]>I’ve had a little problem activating and connecting with my API, but there friendly developer team helped me out. Fast and understading support.
I’m all satisfied:-)
]]>So far I’ve tried disabling and enabling plugin, disabling and deleting files via FTP and then reinstalling the plugin.
I have disabled and purged caches. Same error.
Also – is there a URL I can ping from my server? In case something on my server blocks the requests or something like that.

]]>After intalling wordpress, and getting an API key from wordpress account, i’ve manually typed the API key into the ‘Akismet configuration’ box in wordpress and it keeps saying – “WordPress.com API Key
Your key appears invalid. Double-check it.”
I’ve double-checked it many times, and it won’t work….
So then i’ve tried to trawl the forums, and there isn’t much about this problem – someone pointed to the fact that it could be that my hosting server is denying access, so i got in touch with them, asking if it could be a problem with their side ….. they said –
“Hi
No, in a word We use Askimet ourselves on our ndousers.com forum, albeit with PunBB, without errors (apart from the Askimet key validation timing out occassionally)
If the plugin won’t activate, then it’s either a problem with the key or the key server, or the settings/permissions for the plugin are incorrect”
I have no idea what i’m doing, as you may have already guessed, so what do i do next?
Any help greatly greatly greatly appreciated
Tom
