Embedding BHI into another plugin

I’m wondering if you have any documentation for those wishing to use Business Hours Indicator within another plugin? I am working up something which has branch locations, and I would like to tap into BHI for specifying/displaying the business hours for each location (rather than having to re-implement what you already have available). So to be clear, my plugin maintains a set of locations, each named, so I’d just like to hook in within the crud functions of the branches. Might you have anything in the way of an example to help with doing this? Maybe showing recommended use of the API?

Fixer.io limit problems

Hi, I thought I posted about this before but cannot find it now.

I get warning from fixer.io that my free allocation is used up 100%, usually around the middle of the month. This makes it impossible to purchase anything, giving an error about no exchange rates being available, please try another currency.

I don’t really care about showing banker currency rates, but even when I turn all of it off it seems woocommerce doesn’t share my disdain for fiat and still will not work.

I have another site with woocommerce and wallets plug-in but that is fine. I can’t see why it is exceeding the limits.

It’s strange because the fiat conversion is showing in the balance section:

API usage in different plugin

I want to use API’s provided by s2 member in different plugins I have installed under word press.
When I use the short code say for example, [s2Get user_field=”user_login” /] in 1 of the plugin php file; I get the error “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘user_field’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘]'”.
If used in word press page, this works smoothly.

Can I use s2 member API in the plugin php files?
If yes, should I configure any setting or add header file in php file?

Twitter 150 API Usage Maxing Out in 10 Mins

I am having with Twitter Widget Pro.

I am running in both of my websites and both have the same problem.

I watch the API Usage Counter and when it resets in 60 mins, the widget makes 150 calls in approx. 10 mins, then I have to wait 50 mins for it to reset. Problem is, while it is waiting to reset, my twitter posts don’t get fetched to be displayed in my website twitter bar.

My question – Why is Twitter Widget Pro making 150 API calls in 10 mins when I am not posting anything in twitter?

How can I fix this?

error checking your rate limit – only one post showing

Hi,

We have been using Twitter Widget Pro successfully for about 4 weeks. Then as of this morning it is suddenly only showing one post.

We have tried re-saving our settings etc but nothing helps. If we select show more that 2 posts (3 or more) the whole feed is blank. Current settings are set to show 2 posts. But only one shows.

We noticed that in the main settings for the widget there is a message:
Current API Usage:
There was an error checking your rate limit.

What does this mean, and is this the source of the issue?
Please help.
