Somehow our schedule has gotten mixed up and we don’t know how to solve the problem ourselves.
Case 01:
If we enter an appointment manually, customers can still book an appointment via the website. It is irrelevant whether it is the same provider or not. As a result, the same employee often has two appointments at the same time.
Case 02:
When a customer cancels online, they receive an email confirming the cancellation. However, the email with the appointment reminder 24 hours before the appointment is still sent. This also happens if the status of the appointment is set to “canceled”.
Case 03:
In principle, we can see when each email was sent to us and to customers. We even double-check this using the “WP Mail Logging” plugin. Nevertheless, we still get customers who think they have received an appointment according to the website, but no email. Although we say on the website that an appointment is only confirmed when a confirmation email arrives, they assume that the appointment has been made because it has been confirmed on the website itself, come to our studio and are then surprised when we have assigned the appointment differently.
We do not see any errors in the settings.
We urgently ask for help, as more and more customers are getting angry.
Kind regards

I have accessed your WordPress translation page (https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/appointment-scheduling-by-taskeo/) but I have seen the following message:
“This plugin is not properly prepared for localization (View detailed logs on Slack). If you would like to translate this plugin, please contact the author.”
I like Taskeo integration with Zoom and I would like to help with the Romanian translation.
So, should I just go ahead and translate the Development Readme (trunk) found at
https://translate.www.ads-software.com/locale/ro/default/wp-plugins/appointment-scheduling-by-taskeo/
?
I have a particular (user) interest in translating the message shown on screen after setting up a Zoom appointment and, further, I would also like to translate/customize the associated e-mail confirmation message.

a) sell (via paypal) bundles/packages of credits to my clients – (ie 12 credits = 12 hours of coaching) and then allow the client to schedule specific sessions via an online calendar showing available/unavailable times. Each time the client schedules a one hour coaching session one credit should be subtracted form their account. If they have insufficient credits they should be prompted to buy more.
or b) allow the client to subscribe with a monthly fee (again via paypal) which will add a set amount of credits each month to the clients account – again the client would follow the same process to book coaching sessions on a calendar presentation of available/unavailable times, with one credit being subtracted form their account each time a session is booked.
Both approaches should allow the client to reschedule bookings up to a cut off/cancellation period – say 24 hours prior to the booked session.
Each time a session is booked confirmation emails should be generated, and reminder emails should be sent at one or more predefined intervals prior to the booked session.
Additionally I will need an admin override to add/subtract credits manually if the client chooses to pay offline and/or cancels booked sessions outside of the cancellation period.
So far I haven’t found any plugin or alternative tool that can handle both the appointment scheduling process and the credit purchase/management process. Any thoughts on where I can find an robust tool to achieve the above would be much appreciated.
]]>I’m looking for the ones that integrate with the WP Users info so I can embed a calendar inside of my membership area and not require users to create or deal with a second login to schedule times.
I’ve found a couple, but they’re just too expensive, IMO. (I don’t mind paying a one-time fee for premium plugins. However, I don’t need or want a hosted solution that forces me to get a monthly or annual subscription that connects to my WP site.)
Can anybody make any recommendations? Or refer me to some site where I might find people who are more informed about such things?
Thanks!
