Dear Support,

When I first installed the plug in a while ago (free option), I set up my review permissions so that all reviews require approval before being posted onto the product page on the site. It was working as intended.

Currently all reviews posted go straight to “approved” and instantly display. I have set in cusrev settings – visual style basic user interface and in woocommerce – settings discussion “comment must be manually approved”.

Please could you help with what might have changed and how I can fix it, so that all reviews will only be visible after being manually approved?

Domain key approved but not showing

Hey guys,

I’ve request a domain key for a subdmain (“en.” for our website) with the following info:

Requested:?05/17/2024 05:56:07?Approved:?05/17/2024 05:57:12

However, there’s no domain key showing in the field – it’s empty.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

my website has two registration sides, one side is client and one side is subscriber. A client fills in a form and automaticly gets registered as customer and the form gets posted in the blog. on the other side a transporter registers and auto gets subscriber status. the subscriber now has access to a the “posts” page and go and comment, Now there where he comments he gives the “customer” a quote by just typing the amount (in the comments). i need an approved button to all comments section, the customer can see all comments (quotes), the customer then pics a comment (quote) and then needs to click a Approve button, this then needs to close all comments on that post, send admin and the specific subscriber whos comment(quote) an email of approval. Also the Subscriber is not allowed to give his contact details to the client in the comments, so i need a code that auto hides emails adresses and cellphone number when they type it. It is just this “approval” side i need to get working, eberything else works fine.

Scenario:
Order is placed but credit card got declined so status is set to “Failed”. Order items are already created at this time, as expected. When customer retries the payment and got approved this time, the order status is changed to “Processing”, as expected, but the order items are recreated in the wp_woocommerce_items table with new order_item_id’s. This event should not recreate an already existing order item record.

After searching for a new plugin to create and manage forms, I came across Forminator. The documentation indicated what the functionalities are. After installing the plugin and creating a form, I can say that it indeed does what it says.

Clear interface and overview of all submissions.

It would be good if this plugin supported moderated comment replies.

To replicate what I mean:

In Settings > Discussion > enable Comment must be manually approved.

Scenario:

Person A posts a comment and it is approved by admin
Person B posts a reply comment and it is approved by admin.
An email notification should be sent to Person A informing them of Person B’s reply (but at the moment no email is sent).

I think I miss something or this plugin has small drawback.

I’m testing my page and I noticed that the plugin sends emails even to unapproved users.

My question is: how to send emails only to approved users…. or do you plan to add such feature?

Not receiving some approved contact form entries (wpforms)

Cleantalk is doing a great job at reducing spam entries, however I’ve noticed when checking the approved entries, there are quite a few that aren’t landing in our inbox (Gsuite), although most of them are being received correctly. Nothing being filtered by gmail either.

I’ve turned off all of wpforms native spam protection in case but it hasn’t made any difference.

Member directory restict to approved only
