The problem seems to be related to Autoptimize. The toggle buttons display normally when I disable Autoptimize, but disappear when I reactivate it (even if I delete the cache and force the page to reload). But I haven’t been able to narrow it down any more than that.

I supplied a link, but I’ve restored Arconix 1.8.9 on the site. So I’m not sure if the link will help.

The documentation would be more helpful if it listed ways to customize the css of the shortcodes. I’ve been able to change the title color, background color, and margins but not the button colors. If there was better documentation and settings for changing features, I would rate the plugin 5 stars.

If I view the page in the WP Customizer, the formatting IS showing. I still had arconix-faq.css excluded from Autoptimize, but that’s not helping any more.

Any on how to fix this again?

I’m using this plugin to show FAQs, but I can’t seem to get it to work categories.

groups work great but no the categories, I have this:

[faq group=grupoa?category_name=CategoriaTest orderby=menu_order style=accordion]

The category has “CategoriaTest” as name and “categoria-test” as url.

What am I doing wrong?

I’ve been trying to eliminate the background color and border of the faq, but to no avail. See faq at bottom of this page.

I think I need to insert the following CSS somewhere but am unsure where,

In IE, Content view is working fine, but I have 2 other plugins that do not work properly – WP Google Maps (On Location page) shows no map, and Arconix FAQ (FAQ page) shows all FAQs open instead of collapsed. I’ve got support issues logged with both of these.

However, I have discovered that by deactivating Content Views, both of the other problems go away.
Both Content Views and Arconix are pretty important parts of my website so I don’t want to change them. I could try and find another map plugin if necessary.

Any help gratefully appreciated as I’m getting a bit despairing of ever getting this website working properly now.
