Any experience with SCORM Add-On? It is not working at all using DEMO Sandbox by Master Study. The file is loading but suddenly change to the image included in above link. This is a SCORM package 1.2 from Articulate Storyline. I have tried with SCORM 2004 and using a small ZIP File (230 MB) but the outcome is the same.
The same file is working find with another LMS System currently being used.
I am not so sure what to expect from SCORM Add-On – It is hard to find any information at all about it.
Any help here?
]]>I was using Insert or Embed Articulate Content into WordPress plugin for uploading our elearning content. But it is not showing up anymore, even though it works perfectly fine in the editor.
I have deleted and redownloaded the plug in, and no success. I have tried uploading it through Elementor pro’s Elearning widget, but no success. Any recommendations or suggestions.
]]>The error logs show this: /u02/xxxxx/wp-content/uploads/sites/9/articulate_uploads/.htaccess: Require not allowed here
The htaccess file is created by the plugin and contains this text only:
#allow articulate uploads
<Files ~ “…”>
Require all granted
</Files>
<Files *.php>
Require all denied
</Files>
We are unsure what to do to make this work and appreciate your suggestions and insights.
Thank you!
]]>When I access the Apache and PHP error logs, I’m seeing upwards of 400 errors within millseconds. Here is an example error (out of 436; I’ve concealed the actual IP):
[Tue Jul 24 14:29:33.248890 2018] [autoindex:error] [pid 23974] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.X:19703] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /nas/wp/www/sites/alliedtelecom/wp-content/uploads/articulate_uploads/Allied_Communicator_Android_Tutorial/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.cgi,index.pl,index.php,index.xhtml,index.htm) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive, referer: https://www.alliedtelecom.net/wp-content/uploads/articulate_uploads/Allied_Communicator_Android_Tutorial/story_html5.html
When I check the Apache log, I see items like this:
XXX.XXX.XXX.X - - [24/Jul/2018:14:29:33 +0000] "GET /wp-content/uploads/articulate_uploads/Allied_Communicator_Android_Tutorial/ HTTP/1.0" 403 284 "https://www.alliedtelecom.net/wp-content/uploads/articulate_uploads/Allied_Communicator_Android_Tutorial/story_html5.html" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko"
Take note that the common element I’m seeing in these cases is the user agent being used to request the tutorials, which is IE11 on Windows 10. My theory is that IE11 is choking on the HTML5 content, most likely due to the script that handles the Flash/HTML5 fallback procedure.
So far I’ve had about 4 clients and our own company’s IP address blocked. Anyone who hosts with WPEngine is also likely to experience this issue, whether they know it or not.
]]>We have an issue using the plugin showing on our website.
When we insert the content to the page, I can see that iframe width is set to 100% which works correctly because the iframe response to the width of the video on different devices. However height is set to 600px (fixed). I tried changing it to 100% it doesn’t work either because it is always showing a pretty narrow height from the iframe.
When we generate the content we used the following settings:
– story size 1024 x 768
– display at user’s current browser size
– scale player to fill browser window
It works perfectly fine if I look at the html file generated.
What shall we do to resolve this? We are planning to opt for the premium edition to host a serious of training courses but potentially this issue might need to change our solution entirely.
Thanks

]]>“Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access “(articulate file)” on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
The lightbox comes up, but the file doesn’t launch. My knowledge of website building is extremely limited, so for all I know this is a really easy fix, but I have been trying for hours and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.
I thought maybe it was because I’m using gantry5 to build my website, but even when I load it on the twentyfifteen theme and deactivate every unnecessary plugin, I still get the same error message.
Please help!
