Artificer theme, featured product images not working on front page

Since the update to the new Woo3.0 and the upgrade to Artificer theme 1.3.17, my friends and I all have the same issue. We cannot get any of our featured product images to show on the front page.
It’s a free Woo Theme so no Woo support but I have found these two questions here which are far too technical for us, but show we aren’t the only ones with the problem. There must be thousands of Artificer users out there with broken sites.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get Woo to fix this theme so we can all get our shops back online properly? We just aren’t able to do all this techie stuff behind the scenes ourselves so we need a theme update from Woo.

Hi I updated wordpress and woo commerce and now the product images use to show the main image and the additional pictures you would be able to arrow to

Now all the images are just showing up under each other.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I have tried everything I can think of to adjust the sidebar width. Tried every suggestion I can find on interweb but it never changes. Is there anyone with knowledge of this theme that can help me?

Double Cart Totals and Multiple Proceed to Checkout Buttons

Hi,
I appear to be having a problem which seems to date back to a year or so ago, even though I am using the latest WooCommerce, Artificer theme and latest WordPress.

I have double cart totals on my cart page, and mulitiple proceed to checkout buttons. After many searches, the only fixes I can find refer to old bits of code I don’t have in my installation…

Just don’t know how to solve this, so any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Artificer – Menu on Shop Page

Is there a way to get the Primary Menu, to show up on the shop page? At the moment I have a space down the left hand side, where the primary menu is on the other pages, but on my shop page its just blank :/ I want the primary menu on the other pages to be in this gap on the shop page. Any help please xx

I realize support is not offered for free themes, but maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I just want to remove the Buy It buttons from the category page display, where the Woocommerce “Products” tab setting for Default Category Display is set to Show Products. I still want the Buy It button to display on the product page, just not the category page. And I want to do it using best practices and not hack it up.

Custom Menu Not Appearing in Widgtets

After updating to the newest release of 4.4.1, I can no longer get custom menus to appear. An empty DIV appears for the menu widget, but the links/menu items themselves are just not there… the DIV is empty. (see link below)

Every other widget I’ve attempted to add appears, the custom menu seems to be the only affected widget. I am using Wootheme Artificer.

Please advise. Thank you!
