I liked this theme and bought the Pro version, but things stopped working after upgrading and since latest update and support NEVER reply, which is frustrating when I just revamped my website over to this, have used their recommended plugins and not customised things, so no reason why things work one minute and not the next.

Only 2 of 4 widgets showing in sidebar

Using WordPress 6.4.1 running Ashe Pro theme. I am using a staging site. while designing. Have 4 widgets set up correctly in all areas. They were all showing okay on the staging site including the Instagram feed widget. After the update yesterday to 6.4.1 I can only see 2 widgets instead of the 4. The Insta feed and Tags widgets have disappeared. I’ve removed and reset the widgets but nothing showing on any page where the sidebar is showing. If I put the Insta feed on the page, that works, so again not a feed issue. It’s a widget/sidebar issue.

I was also adding Woo Commerce yesterday, but have deactivated that and any other plugins, but it’s made no difference. The missing widgets just aren’t showing.

Hello I purchased the Ashe pro theme and the side bar?with 2 columns on the general layout does not show correctly. I only see one column and no sidebar.

Also support for this theme is such a nightname, I would strongly advise against purchasing this theme with such horrible support

Please advise.

I recently added a blog page but it keeps showing English flag and English hoover button next to the blog on the left hand side. I have not located where I can remove it. It was not the leftside bar, that I tried already.

Features not working & headers missing from Website

When I used to pull up the home page, there were 3 different literary quotes that would pop up in dotted boxes with the rubberband motion to them. Then on my other pages like Services, the counting widget at the bottom of the page used to count up to all of the different numbers associated with my work and it doesn’t do anything now, just says 0 for each one. Also my page titles on Quote, FAQs, and Testimonials are all incomplete. My FAQ section is completely gone and I had a lot typed up there. The information looks like its all there when I go into Edit with Elementor, it just doesn’t show up on my actual site anymore. WordPress Tech support directed me to here and said that it is a theme design issue. I believe I bought the PRO Ashe theme, so it is disappointing when features don’t work on my live website anymore. Please advise as I would like to get this issue resolved so my website doesn’t look incomplete when customers go to it.

NO API KEY BOX WHEN I ACTIVATE ASHE PRO

Hello,

I’m replacing free ASHE with ASHE pro, but once I activate ASHE PRO, instead of the box to insert the API KEY I get a message saying “Oops… Ashe Pro requires an access to our API. From unknown reason, the API connectivity test failed. It’s probably a temporary issue on our end. Just to be sure, with your permission, would it be o.k to run another connectivity test?”

I tried multiple times in the past 24 hours, and even when I o.k. it, nothing happens, the message stays the same.

Sidebar Widget No Longer Appearing

Hello,

I downloaded Ashe Pro and substituted my own content in the sidebar widget with a picture and short bio. Now, the sidebar widget is still appearing for me to edit but is not actually appearing on my blog page. I am not sure what happened to make it disappear. Please help!
