What’s even more wonderful is the support! When I had an urgent question it was worth the $49 USD upgrade to paid support for a year! I got the perfect answer to my first query within an hour or two.

When I add activate filter plugin then on shop page the footer goes to top of page just below header.

is it a problem?

I’m using Astra pro theme.

I am on wp VER 6.7.1 using theme ASTRA 4.8.10 (free ).

As recommended on the forum ,I have tried everything as suggested , like deactivating and re-activating plug ins , clearing cache , updating PHP to 8.3 as the theme details requires 5 and above and checking the file edit details on my hosting provider platform. But to no avail. How should I fix this?

I’m experiencing a couple of issues with FiboSearch on my WooCommerce site, and I’m using the Astra theme:

1. On Desktop:
   • When the page initially loads, the search bar appears very small, as if it’s designed for a small screen.
   • After a few seconds, it expands to 100% width as intended.
2. On Mobile:
   • At page load, a loading spinner appears where the search icon should be.
   • After a moment, the spinner disappears, and the magnifying glass icon (search icon) takes its place.

Steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot:

• I disabled NitroPack (even using the ?nonitro option to ensure it wasn’t interfering).
• The width configuration for the search bar in FiboSearch settings is set to default for a 100% render.
• I have unchecked the “Show Preloader” option in the search bar settings.
• I have updated all plugins and the Astra theme to their latest versions.

Despite these efforts, the issues persist.

Has anyone encountered similar problems, or do you have suggestions for resolving this? Could this be related to a script loading delay or a theme conflict?

I have created an e-commerce website using the Astra theme. I have encountered many issues, and many have been solved by myself. However, one still bothers me a lot.

When I open the appearance->customize and want to customize things like font, background, colour, or anything else in the customize, it takes me so long to load the settings entirely. However, this is not the most significant issue; the most killing one is every click and every scroll, and it is also prolonged to respond. It is just like when you click something, and it takes a very long time to load and change on the front end; it’s not a real-time interaction. It will take so long time for me to just change one thing. Most of the time, I feel the system setting is stuck, and I don’t know why.
