I tried to resolve the issue by changing the permalink structure in WordPress to different options (Day and Name, Post Name, etc.), but none of these configurations solved the conflict. It seems there is an incompatibility between how Astra handles URLs and Tickera’s implementation of friendly URLs.
If anyone has found a solution or has any insights on how to resolve this incompatibility, any help would be greatly appreciated.

What’s even more wonderful is the support! When I had an urgent question it was worth the $49 USD upgrade to paid support for a year! I got the perfect answer to my first query within an hour or two.
From then on, Humayon, Mohsin & the Customer Care team have been patient, kind and knowledgeable–no matter how many times I had to ask questions while I learned my way around this new (to me) world. The screencasts are a definite plus, as they show me step by step what I need to do.
I highly recommend Brainstorm Force and Astra to anyone who wants a fast, reliable and highly customizable theme and the best support on the planet!

I am on wp VER 6.7.1 using theme ASTRA 4.8.10 (free ).
As recommended on the forum ,I have tried everything as suggested , like deactivating and re-activating plug ins , clearing cache , updating PHP to 8.3 as the theme details requires 5 and above and checking the file edit details on my hosting provider platform. But to no avail. How should I fix this?
I’m experiencing a couple of issues with FiboSearch on my WooCommerce site, and I’m using the Astra theme:
Steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot:
?nonitro
option to ensure it wasn’t interfering).Despite these efforts, the issues persist.
Has anyone encountered similar problems, or do you have suggestions for resolving this? Could this be related to a script loading delay or a theme conflict?
Thanks in advance for your help!
I have created an e-commerce website using the Astra theme. I have encountered many issues, and many have been solved by myself. However, one still bothers me a lot.
When I open the appearance->customize and want to customize things like font, background, colour, or anything else in the customize, it takes me so long to load the settings entirely. However, this is not the most significant issue; the most killing one is every click and every scroll, and it is also prolonged to respond. It is just like when you click something, and it takes a very long time to load and change on the front end; it’s not a real-time interaction. It will take so long time for me to just change one thing. Most of the time, I feel the system setting is stuck, and I don’t know why.
Here is my site https://frolicfindsyou.com/ for your reference. I use Hostinger’s business webhosting plan.
I am bit desperate about this isuue right now. Hope someone can help me fix it.
Appreciate your help in advance
The ease of using Astra Theme and the customer service helped me several times to learn how to do what I wanted to do. I pay for the Pro Version for both my websites.
