I just deleted an application and I found out that the files attached to it were not deleted.
Is it the normal behaviour ?
Or is it a problem only in my side ?
I didn’t find anything to resolve this problem.
Could you please help me how can I resolve this issue ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards
I’m using the plug-in Forminator and when I want to create a routed email (in order to send a “success form completed” to my users), they receive automatically the files they uploaded in the form with the message text.
And I don’t want them to receive their files in this e-mail. There is an option in the settings of the routed e-mail which is related to that : “chose between “nothing” and “attached files” if you want to join files to your email…”
No matters the one I choose, users still receive the attached files… I don’t know what to do. Is there someone who know what can I do ?

]]>Title says it all, I have basic forms on my website with the possibility to attach some files, but when someones attaches files, I can no longer receive the form via email (no issues when there are no files attached). I’ve run some tests, File size/type is ok… I still can’t see why I don’t get the emails .
Any idea ?
Thanks in advance

]]>This isn’t a bug actually but I have a problem and maybe you can help me.
I’m using a plugin (mailer) in order to delay emails for not to reach the smtp limit of my provider. Each five minutes, a small amount of emails are sent and so, I’m able to send about 2000 emails per day without problems. The plugin makes a txt file in a temporary folder per each email it has to send, then it takes these files in chronological order and send them via smtp.
The problem is that attached files in contact form 7 are saved in a temporary folder only for seconds, and when mailer plugin makes the txt file, Contact form 7 puts the email as sent, and so, when the email is actually sent, attached files have already been deleted from the temporary folder.
I’d like to set the time that attached files are going to be in this temporary folder in order to they “wait” for the email is sent before files vanishes.
Is it possible?
Thanks.
