]]>I really need a way to export all events and their attendees in bulk each month. Currently, I’m forced to do this one event at a time, which is extremely time-consuming. Is there an easier method available? We manage numerous events each month, each with many attendees.
I’d like to have:
Event Name, Event Date, Order ID, Order Status, Ticket Holder Name, Ticket Holder Email Address, Purchaser Name, Purchaser Email Address.

]]>Unfortunately, there are many inconsistencies that make the current version (4.0.3) unfit for production use. Here are examples:
I have been trying to use the pro version for about two weeks and there is one bug after another; I have reported five and I have stopped reporting new ones for now, for lack of time. At the beginning, support was helpful, but I haven’t heard back from them in two days.
All in all, I hope they can fix all this and give the good product design the code it deserves.
