Issue with ATUM ‘Purchase Order’ Page Access After Update (v1.9.45)

Hello,

Our client reported this morning that they were unable to access the ‘Purchase Order’ page in ATUM. We use AME Pro to manage user role permissions, so we initially suspected this might be the cause. However, after troubleshooting, we’ve ruled that out.

As an admin, I can view all ATUM pages, but when logging in as the client, the ‘Purchase Order’ page is missing—though they can still see ‘Stock Central.’ Rolling back the plugin to v1.9.44.1 restores their access, so we’ve temporarily reverted to that version due to the time-sensitive nature of the issue. However, this isn’t a long-term solution.

Could you confirm if anything in the latest update might be affecting this, and if there’s a way to resolve it?

I have had problems with my online store, customers complete the purchase, but they get an error that could not complete your order and try again, they do it again and they never get the message, thank you for your purchase but we if we drop the order in woocommerce.

We have been working on optimizing the webshop of a customer of ours for some time now.?We want to automate the webshop as much as possible.?But now we run into a problem:?

We have a general webshop in which all products are listed, stock is managed via ATUM and orders are processed and invoiced.?At the beginning of the construction of the website, there was a desire to have a “separate” webshop that was optimized for use on a tablet for their agents.?The products are pushed from the general shop to the agent shop every day through a sync.?But now comes the following: The stock does not change when an order is placed on the agents’ website and the invoicing numbering does not match the general numbering.?In short, problem.?

Now my question is: Is it possible to link an extra theme with its own pages to the general shop, so that when an agent places an order via the “agent shop” this is also included in the stock reduction and invoicing is also included.?going well.?My thought went out to Multisite, but I don’t know whether this wish actually works that way.?I hope someone can help me with this.?Thank you!

Conflict with ATUM Plugin

the product types made by the plugin ATUM are not visible on the product feed list.

This is what the author of ATUM plugin had to say: “The product types created by Product Levels are pretty standard and were added as terms the same way the “simple” or “variable” types are.”

Please help me out with this.

Hello, please how do I change the weight units at the ATUM Stock Central page? I need them in grams (g) and not in kg, to match the units set at Woocommerce.

Atum plugin saves the cost price including taxes, so when you import cost prices to COG you cannot have the right net profit . Maybe an option that import the cost price from atum without the tax will solve this.

Either way you have wrong results so the plugin is not useful.

Also i saw that the profit margin in orders list is not working , every order has 100% profit margin .

Updating the plugin crashes the website

The plugin worked fine until recently i.e. to version 1.9.23. Today I tried to update to 1.9.24.1. and it repeatedly crashes the website. I can’t even log in as an admin, I had to delete the plugin folder via FTP in order to be able to log in again and make restore backup copies.

I have WordPress 6.1.1. and Woocommerce 7.1.0. but also your plugin ATUM product levels 1.6.3.
