I see the option to filter by category, but we have a special taxonomy we want to bind to each audience list
Could it be done by code?
Thanks!
]]>However, when filling in the form, is it possible to add further tick boxes, so the user can in effect choose what tags they assign them self to? I have one tag for the main newsletter, but would like the user to choose product areas of interest, and they will then get tagged accordingly.
When adding the form, i can see you can set the tags that the user will be assigned on any submission, but i want to be able to allow the user to choose which product area they are interested in, then the tags are set accordingly when added to mailchimp. Is this achievable ? I don’t have the pro version yet, so it you can do it in that version, do let me know etc.
Mailchimp limit the number of audiences now, and instead get you to tag subscribers to create areas of interest/lists.
]]>I have created a pixel by following these link
https://www.facebook.com/business/help/952192354843755?id=1205376682832142
I used partner integration -> used this plugin and I can see the pixel in my website and the data is collected from it.
My issue is I am trying to create a custom audience for creating a Lookalike audience. When I click Create custom audience it not showing the pixel I created above. It shows a new pixel name and asks for pixel configuration.
Please guide me how to resolve this.
(I edit, now it seems finally one of subscribers is shown. No idea why)
2. Besides, checkbox should be unchecked by default (I marked that in plugin settings) but it always shows checked.
(I edit, I read in other post that if I’m logged then that happens)
3. Subscribers should be added to my mailchimp audience with a specific tag but that’s not happening: the only subscriber i could get until now, is shown without tag in my mailchim audience.
Thanks very much
]]>test1@domain and test2@domain added as subscribers in Mailchimp Audience
test1@domain and test2@domain are registered in woocommerce as users
test1@domain is manually set as subscriber in woocommerce (user detail page, in the bottom part there is a checkbox set there by the plugin)
test2@domain is not subscriber in woocommerce
test1 made a purchase not checkin the newsletter box
test2 made a purchase not checkin the newsletter box
test2 is NO LONGER SUBSCRIBER!
This should definitely not happen, right?
Since I got over 1k of only transactional users which where subscribers in the first place.
Let me know what can I tell you to debug it better.
Thanks!
So technically the”Main” list must contain all the confirmed users and “To delete-1” must include all the confirmed as well as unconfirmed users.
Now I tested this with my own mail. Submitted the subscription form, got thank you mail asking for confirmation. (At the this stage, I could see the new user added in the “To delete-1” list in the Audience tab. Now I confirmed by following the link in email.
Now what happened is I could see the user added in both lists (Main and To delete-1). But only To delete-1 had that green dot, Main was having a black dot near to it. Again I checked the user details. And found that the user is not under the Main list as Subscribed. It’s only in the To delete-1 list.
Actually I tried with another workflow too, wokflow to “Add to Main list when someone Confirms”. The results were the same.
I tried sending mails to the “Main” list. The mail was not delivered to that user created above.
I think the problem might be because users are not by default added under the status as “subscribed” while adding that action in the workflow. They are just added as a contact in the list, and hence not subscribed.
Please help me rectify the issue
Thanks
I installed the Mailchimp Plugin and it cannot locate my Audience.
Here is the log:
[2021/12/27 04:27:30] - SUCCESS: Member registration complete email sent to: [email protected]. From email address value used: Upper Downtown Neighborhood Association <[email protected]>

[2021/12/27 04:27:30] - FAILURE: [MailChimp] Could not find a list name in your MailChimp account that matches with the target list name: UpDoNA News and Information
[2021/12/27 04:27:30] - SUCCESS: Auto login after registration feature is enabled in settings. Performing auto login for user: AbeLow
The Audience “UpDoNA News and Information” exists in Mailchimp and the API Key is correct. It connects as seen in the log above. The Audience list name is good as it works with Easy Forms (where I can subscribe to the Audience).
For the test I deleted the Groups and disabled all other plugins with the above result. I am now out of obvious debugging tests and I am looking for some advice.
Thanks in advance.
