]]>Firstly, the plugin’s functionality is unparalleled. It has been exceptionally well architectured; integrates seamlessly between Aus Post/eParcel and WooCommerce; and provides accurate and up-to-date live shipping rates; labelling; parcel packaging; tracking; and more from Australia Post [Premium Version]. This in turn allows our clients to provide their customers with a reliable and efficient automated shipping solution within their ecommerce stores.
The plugin is also easy to use, with an intuitive interface that even the least tech-savvy website owners can navigate.
However, what truly sets ELEX apart from other plugin developers is the after-sales service provided by Dixit and ELEX’s team of developers. We have been using their numerous shipping plugins for several years now, and they are ALWAYS quick to respond to any queries or concerns we may have. They go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, we have been impressed with the developers’ willingness to accommodate a number of customizations when needed. They are always happy to work with us to ensure that the plugin meets our clients’ specific needs, which we find is a level of service that is rare in today’s digital landscape.
Overall, we cannot recommend the ELEX WooCommerce Australia Post Shipping plugin highly enough. The plugin’s functionality is outstanding, and the after-sales service provided by the developers is exceptional. If you are looking for a reliable and efficient shipping solution in Australia for your WooCommerce store, look no further than this plugin. EWD Agency, Australia.

]]>If i do the same estimation on the Aust Post website the price is $45.70 and that is what the post office is charging me.
Thats a HUGE difference!
Not good for my business as we will lose profit and customers.
This is only a recent change – before this week the estimates were correct.
Suppose, the weight of my product is 8kg but when i use the debug mode its showing 8.1kg
weight its like 100gm addition in the product weight. Can you help me in this one.
Due to this my delivery calculation is wrong.
This seemed to be related to WF as when disbaled it did not occur. I did find some posts also identifiying WF and suggesting to uninstall, clean and reinstall. I have done that and I do not seem to be getting the above error.
However on the checkout page we are using the WooCommerce Australia Post Shipping extension which looks up the postage cost. When WF is active the cart cannot ontain a postage quote and is just stuck spinning. When WF is disabled a delivery cost is returned.
Can anyone suggest how we can stop this function from being blocked?
