Author thumbnail & link not displayed sometimes on published plugin

I have published few plugins and sometimes what happens is, on published plugin page, under “Author” section, my profile picture & link to my account does not appear. When I login with my credentials, I am refused to get logged in. Then I try again for login and it does. Then after, it also shows my picture & link on published plugin page..

I hope I have made the things clear… Please help

How do I insert a photo for the about the author sidebar that appears on the left on posts?

Also, which size is recommended for that space?

And what if I want to omit that left author sidebar from post pages altogether? How would I remove it?

All profile/author pictures vanished after update

Hi,

I use WSL on my website youthkiawaaz.com and since I made the update to the plugin yesterday all the author pictures have vanished. I inspected the element and all it shows is a gravatar link. Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue? You can check out the author bio on this page, for instance, to see how the author image has been replaced by the default wordpress “mystery man”.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Images shown when sharing post on Facebook inconsistent

I use the Hupso sharing plugin, and when I go to share a post on Facebook, sometimes there will be several images to choose from, sometimes only one. When it’s only one, it’s the image I have chosen in the “Social” tab of Yoast WordPress SEO, my SEO plugin, for the image to be used “if the post/page being shared does not contain any images.” This is the image that gets listed in the html for meta property=’og:image’.

I also use the Post Avatar plugin to display the author’s image in the post. This image will sometimes be found when sharing the post on FB, but not always. And when there is more than one image available, there will often be up to 5 or 7 of them, including the website logo, Post Avatar image, and images in the sidebars.

So, my question is, how can I force the Post Avatar image to be available when sharing a post?

I’ve compared the Source html from two posts, both with only the Post Avatar image in the post, one that Facebook found several images for, and the other that it only found the one image. I can find no difference in the html.

(Note: When I insert another image in the post, that image always available when sharing.)

Post Avatar plugin: Make it the Featured Image for the post?

Is there a way to make the pic featured with the Post Avatar plugin be the Featured Image for the post? A setting within the plugin to do this would be helpful.

Reason being, if a column/post has no other images, just the author’s photo displayed by Post Avatar, it would be nice if it showed up when the post was shared to Facebook, Google+, etc. Currently it does not usually show up as one of the choices when you share a post.

I use the Hupso sharing plugin, but I’ve used others and had the same problem. Usually, I end up sharing the post with no image at all, and it’s much better to have one.

Unable to Remove Picture Frames Left on Homepage

Hi, I deleted a picture from the Profile under the heading Photo Filename but now on the homepage of my blog it shows an empty box with an “X”. How can I completely remove the empty box? Or if I can add a picture back that is fine too but as of now it won’t let me add a picture. Thank you!

i want to make a page for each author of my blog. i want to be able to display that author’s info, bio and pic on their page. i am only finding code to display author info on single blog post pages. what is the code to display specific author on specific pages? does anyone know?
