We are having an issue that guests aren’t receiving their RSVP ticket confirmation email.
Plugins we have installed are:
– Event Tickets
– Event Tickets Plus
– Events Tickets Extension: Ticket Email Settings
– The Events Calendar
– The Events Calendar PRO
– WPForms Lite
In the default email response templates the start of the email is:
“Hi {{username}},”
But when the email is sent out it doesn’t show up, it’s blank. I haven’t changed it, and the default subject link is working.
Please could you help
Thanks
Jasmine
Thank you for this great plugin! I had to make a welcome bar to invite people to subscribe in changes of a promotion code with auto email: I made an action bar with Icegram, I added the form made with Email Subscribers and customized the Notifications email (confirmation and welcome email) into “Settings” menu. Now the problem is the bilingual website, so is it possible to have the notifications email in two languages?
Thanks
]]>We need to “Display their content until” the date of the renewal so that users are notified automatically the page or post will be taken down and ideally they can “Renew” their advert for the coming year.
Automatic notifications 30 days and 10 days before the page is unpublished would be idea as would online payments if possible.
Many thanks
Paul
Some of the original email templates got deleted and I lost the shortcodes (ie {display_name}) for the subscribing username and email. Somehow the default info in the emails was changed to a test account I made to check that the emails were working, and that test account’s info was being sent to new users who registered.
I have looked everywhere I can think of and can’t find the shortcodes for the emails. I have {password_reset_link}, {account_activation_link}, {displa_name}, and {admin_email}… but not the username or email code.
Would anyone be able to tell me where to find these? Or if anyone has them, would you care to share?
Thank you!
]]>Looks like your plugin is not sending a new ticket creation confirmation email for guests. I don’t see any option to enable or disable this. Can you please explain how can I do this?
Thank You.
]]>I am after a plugin that will automatically send emails based on some simple requirements. I require this is send from a domain name that I own in order to have a check in place that both outgoing and incoming email service status are working. i.e set a automatically scheduled email from a domain name, to send twice per day to 1 recipient to help capture when the emails could be down.
– set the frequency and time (daily, weekly, 10am etc)
– the subject/content
– recipient of the emails
