Sidebar video widget – auto playback full screen?

I would like the 15 second video (in right sidebar) to play automatically – full screen, and then minimize. Currently on homepage I have a free metaslider slideshow, but you have to do a full year subscription to add a video to the slideshow. Trying to find another solution. Client wants the video to play first.

Is this possible?

Autoplay Issue

Hi team! I have added a slider with 10 slides on the main page and it works fine. When I try to add a column section with 4 columns below the slideshow, the top one stops auto playing. The 4 columns below are GhostKit’s advanced columns and each of them has a depicter slide, there is only 1 slide in each of them. When columns are added the top slides autoplay not starting, if you click on the first slide then it will trigger. I believe there is a conflict with the columns and depicter here. Waiting for your suggestions. Thanks.

Hi, since i’ve updated the WordPress to version?6.3.1, my slides have lost the effects like fade, slide etc. and also the automatic play feature, the slide is moving just to the second one automatically and then stops. (Right now the autoplay on the homepage is disabled)

Hello Everyone.

I am making a Facebook style community website.

I’ve been trying to disable the ability to watch YouTube videos on the buddypress activity feed/elsewhere.

I need to just have an image preview (just like facebook functions) where users can click that and be directed to YouTube.

Ive tried the Disable Embeds plugin and it does not work for me.

Any one have any idea?

Auto-start on page load missing an important option

It’s a cute plugin. It’s been around a long time, nice to see the developer sticking with it.

I installed it years ago in a draft web site I still am working on.

I want a music file to play when someone loads the home page. Therefore, the autoplay option to play an audio/mp3 file as soon as the page loads is great.

However, it never stops playing. I have the player in the sidebar so the visitor can see it to shut it off if they want. However, there is no way to tell the little player to ONLY PLAY ONCE. That’s all I need it for. When the visitor arrives at the web site.

Unfortunately, is plays the music on every single page load.

I would kindly suggest that you add a default feature to limit plays to once, on the first page load, regardless of how many different pages are loaded.

Had issues with hiding controls. Now the option is there, but auto play doesn’t work on IOS!! If hiding controls work and the plug-in functions on IOS (like it did before) it would be 5 star perfect. Please fix ASAP !

UPDATE:

Whatever issues I was having initially have now been fixed. This plug-in is great !!
