]]>There is an auto-reply installed on the client’s space in OVH. This auto-reply sends back an email to the sender. “I have received your email, I will respond to it quickly”
Last month, it worked properly, the auto-reply sent the “well received” email to the sender of the form.
Now, it sends an error message to the owner of the site… I believe it’s because it is replying to its own email…
Could you help me with the settings of the plugin?

Every year I have to change it manually for every form.
Can this be done automatically?
Like replacing the year with a variable:

I add a simple form where users simply leave their email address, but I would like to be able to do this:
Once a person leave their email, automatically sent them a greeting email with an attached file, since so far I have to do this manually.
Can it be done in the free version? Thank you so much!
For me, the solution was getting the label for the email field right.
The plugin states “[…] including the field label like this: {Field name} – e.g. {Name} […]”.
My JetPack contact for was like this:
[contact-field label="E-mailadres" type="email" placeholder="Jouw e-mailadres" required="true"/](in the visual editor, it’s the field label you see on top of the field)
At first, I setup Jetpack Contact Form Auto Reply Settings for “Email address field” to the case sensitive:
{E-mailadres}
That didn’t work. What did work was leaving the {} out, like this:
E-mailadres

Although, I am having one issue that might not be your plugin’s problem.
I am using Contact Form 7 and I have set an auto-reply when a user sent me an email.
The strange thing is that I am receiving the user’s message but I am receiving the auto-reply that is supposed to received only by the user who sent the mail.
Do you know how to solve that?

]]>I’m trying to set up an auto-reply so that when people send a message using the contact form, they will see the message sent message underneath as well as receive an auto email that let’s them know it was received. I have everything work except the “FROM” field in the auto reply email is coming up with the yoxxxx.bluehost.com email address and not what I have listed in the field. Any ideas? Thanks so much.
