I have set up my automated emails.
But when I click on ‘preview’ it returns me an error: No order found
And I’m not able to see the emails that will go to my customers.
Moreover, the emails too are not being sent.
Let me know what the issue could be.
I am trying to create Automated Email & setting it up for New Post Notifications & when I am trying to Send a Test Mail, it says “You must mention the Subject” though I have mentioned it already.
What is it that I may be doing wrong? Email Campaigns > Automated Emails > Create New Automation > Change Subject (Replacing post_title > Saving Changes(still Inactive status) > Send Test Mail > Error as mentioned above
Another Question, possibly related one, hence asking here only. Is it possible to attach a file in Welcome mail after a User Subscribes? If yes, how?
Awaiting your response.
Regards/Manish
I am having issues when synchronizing my woocommerce store with my Mailchimp account.
In my wordpress I never see that products and orders are completely synchronized, even if I force the synchronization, it never synchronizes everything.
In certain automated ecommerce emails, certain blocks of coupons, products, recommendations, are left as hooked, do not connect to the store and I get a notice to verify that my store is connected (and store is connected).
It is quite confusing that every time the store is disconnected and connected, the emails have to be reconfigured from scratch. There is nothing that distinguishes emails associated with old connections.
Once configured the emails, it is very complicated to know if there are emails in queue that are going to be sent.
As a result, and in my attempts to make everything work correctly, now in my dashboard I have five connected stores, when I only have one.
In all the occasions I have disabled the plugin before uninstalling it, I have deactivated caches, and the great majority of plugins except woocommerce and storefront.
I’m using the latest versions of all the plugins, on a server running PHP 7.1.
How can non-active or old connections be permanently removed?
How can I find out which emails are queued to be sent?
How can I synchronize all my orders and all my products?
I hope you can read this and help us with sync issues, seems that there are other users having same problems, and this leads the plugin not to be trustable.
Thanks for listening.
]]>We bought the Pro version of Events Manager and it’s working great. I customized the emails from the Settings page before, but I’ve never had 2 different “category” of events run at the same time. Now I do and these new events will be held in a different timezone than our usual events, so I need to edit the confirmation email that attendees receive to include the appropriate timezone information.
Since I want my “old events” registrants to keep receiving the email I’ve set under Settings/Emails, I googled and followed directions to edit the email in the Add / Edit Event page (under Custom Automated Emails / Attendee Emails).
The problem is: it doesn’t work! I’ve done a test and I receive the email template from my old events, which states the wrong timezone.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
]]>I have the following functionality issues with woo commerce V2.6.14 (I cannot update as yet since the payment gateway I use is not compatible with V3)
1. The customer does not get the automated emails prescribed in the settings of woocommerce – emails
2. When you change an order status form processing to completed I get the following error: “www.daychaser.co.za is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500”
3. Stock levels are not decreasing – stock management is activated
I have tried a few things to correct this I have disabled and enabled plugins but with no success. Could this be caused by my theme?
Would appreciate help.

to the wp-config file and can see Email History in Help but it’s showing nothing.
The initial registration email arrives but nothing else.
According to a thread on the wpmudev website from December last year a patch was provided. https://goo.gl/C6tnLu Is this still a bug and if so can you provide the patch?
