Adding More than 1 List to Receive Same Auto Newsletters

Hi,

I have Automatic Newsletters (NL) set up.
However, when I’m in the NL I can select only 1 List from the Drop-down to send the Auto NL out to.

This is encountered on the following path:

AUTOMATICALLY SENT… WHEN SOMEONE SUBSCRIBES TO THE LIST… SELECT LIST NAME DROPDOWN
===========

Is there a way to select the multiple lists to which the same Auto Newsletter can be sent Or do I’ve to create a Duplicate set of Auto Newsletters for each new List?

Error in mailpoet form

I use to write so interesting automatic newsletters, so that people want to subscribe again. Unfortunately, an error message pop up, that they already are subscribed. If they want to get a serie of emails from scratch after the second email or after the tenth email, it is their concern. You simply do not need to send them a verification email. Please do something about it!

Automatic Newsletters for Scheduled Posts not being Created

Hello,

I have Mailpoet on a small blog that I run. I was manually adding posts to the blog until today, when I started scheduling them. The scheduled posts get published without a problem, but Mailpoet does not seem to know that the posts have gone up, and does not send out the newsletter. I have two automatic newsletters that I’ve configured to send as soon as new content becomes available. They worked until I started scheduling posts. I was running 4.5.2, but updated to 4.5.3 in an attempt to resolve this. No luck. I read a lot of the documentation on the MailPoet site, but this does not seem to be the known WP-cron issue since the blog post gets posted, but the MailPoet newsletter does not even get created once it does. Where can I start looking to resolve this?

Subscribers not removed from scheduled automatic newsletters

Hi there

We have a series of emails which are sent at regular intervals after a member has subscribed to a particular list (e.g. immediately, 2 weeks later, 4 weeks later, etc.)

This works well until a subscriber is removed (or unsubscribes) from the particular list….the newsletters which were scheduled continue to be sent…it seems they are prescheduled as a result of the user being added to the list but when they are removed the prescheduled emails are not also removed!!!

Help!!!

Do subscribers I enter receive automatic newsletters?

When I add a subscriber to a list that is supposed to get an automatic newsletter when someone subscribes, will one be sent each time I add someone? Or do they have to add themselves in a form on the website?
I’m adding individual subscribers in the dashboard, but no newsletter seem to be going out when I do.

Hi I have set an automatic newsletter to be send every time I have new content and I want to show the newsletter to show the full content.

I am among what Google tells me is the growing number of frustrated people trying to implement Automatic newsletters. The problem is simple: they never send.

Confirmations send fine. Test newsletters send fine. Publishing a new post does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Nada.

I see a lot on the web about problems with Automatic newsletters, but no solutions. Does it just plain not work?

Please help, in a public manner so that others can avoid whatever pitfalls I have encountered!

Autoresponders for existing user upgrade

Hi, I’m trying to set up autoresponders for users who change their user status. I’m using S2members plugin. For example, if someone has changed from S2 member 1 to S2 member 2, or if someone’s role changed from subscriber to contributor. There is a drop down list for user role on the automatic newsletters, but does it only work for new subscribers? Can I set it up for existing subscribers who are upgraded to a new role? What about the premium version? Does it support this? Thanks!
